Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel in replacement of old unsv panel made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet and mounted on angle iron frame of size 65x65x6mm and 450mm high (Outdoor type) weather/dust proof, factory made, IP-54 with openable shutters on both sides front and rear having locking arrangements, totally enclosed weather proof, powder coated over a coat of primer suitable for 440V, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 C/s, aluminium bus bar of suitable size and capacity, AC supply, electrically connected as per norms and fitted including connecting up all out going MCCB/MCB/timer swich for street lights with suitable size of Alu bus bar or with stranded copper cable and fixing on suitable 'U' shaped PCC platform comprising of the following accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge : Note: (a)The LT panel should be procured through CPRI approved manufacturer (b) The proper gland pacing for the cable entries to be provided. (c) The design of the LT panel to be taken prior approval from GE before procurement

Excavation in trench not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5m for laying of LT under ground cables/GI pipes getting out as in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable UG cable of any size from the trenches/wall/pole and keeping aside for reuse and remove the unservicable cable from site after affording credit depending on its serviceability state including removal of brick/PCC cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying of cable 120 sqmm 4 core LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: [i] Earth work, excavation sand cusioning, bricks for protection, GI pipe etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule

Preparation of the old deteriorated existing external and internal steel surfaces of feeder pillar boxes/panels/ boards of any description and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrapping or by blow lamps, applying necessary filler coat and stopping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in color) with using spray machine over a coat of red oxide primer on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to include for writing the MES /SM No and other relevant details with paint in the pattern and style as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Earthing complete in replacement of old unsv eathing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm and 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 32mmx6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 32mmx6mm earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre complete all as per plate No 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point complete all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supplying and fixing in replacement of old unsv 32mm X 6mm ,GI earth strip all as specified and directed. Note:- Above quoted rate incl all the cutting/drilling jobs required for joining the earth strip with existing earth strip/test point incl nuts and bolts for the lap joints.

S&F in replacement of old unsv DWC high density polyethelene pipes in replacement having 63/50 mm outer dia, inner as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surface on the inner wall conforming to IS: 14930(Part I & II) for protection of underground cable laid along pole/along wall/in PCC on GL/roof and including all fittings as required at site including taking down the old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
