Attending complaint for repair to easing of any type of Doors/Window/Cup Board shutters and chowkhats, aluminum doors by tightening of hinges / handles / aldrop bolt / tower bolt / knobs, hasp and staple etc of any size / any number of panels for easy closing / opening or changing the position of hinges, adjustments of tower bolts, sliding bolts, replacement of looking mirror, curtain rod etc complete including taking down joinery and refixing in the same place and replacement of minimum defective item if required like screws, nails, bits etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes:- 1. The contractor shall make all arrangement for attending the different types of complaints on every day basis. Any major item required to be replaced with new one, to make the joinery work functional shall be measured and paid for separately as Supply and 'S&F' under respective item of this schedule. Old retrieved item (s) as considered in 'Schedule of Credit' shall become property of the contractor. 1. Rate shall be quoted accordingly against these items, keeping in mind above said provisions. 2. The comlaint shall be attended by the contractor within 12 hours, failing which a panel recovery of Rs 200/ complaint shall be recovered from the contractor dues and no dispute will be intertained at later date

Material and labour for Cleaning/removal of blockage from bathroom,EWC/IWC (any type), kitchen, WHB and urinals including connected Nahani traps / gully traps/floor traps, grating of trap, waste pipes, pipe in any length upto first manhole etc choked with mud / other accumulated sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly at any location, at any floor by rodding/choke remover/Pressure technique/manually or otherwise to clear blockage upto entire satisfaction of users,including refixing of oval assess door covers with new nuts & washers and refixing manhole covers, including removing of all wastes, solid or liquid sludge and depositing the sludge in a pit (at empty/open area) of suitable size at a distance exceeding 50 metres from the building where directed and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit after treating the sludge by spreading the bleaching powder as directed to reduce the foul gases including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed .Contractor must employ Minimum 3 nos labourers daily i.e. 02 Nos for NP Area, 01 Nos for 12 AFH, complete all as specified and as directed .Contractor or his representative shall report daily at 09.00 AM except on Sunday/ National holidays in the office of Engineer-in-Charge/ Complaint cell to receive complaint slip and necessary directions. Complaints received through telephonic message from JE/ Engineer-in-Charge shall also be attended on the same day and the completion of work shall be reported by 05.00 PM of every working day to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge. In case of non attedence of complaints against BOQ item 02 above by the contractor on the same day, a penalty of Rs 400/- per complaint per day and for complaints against BOQ item 01 above, a penalty of Rs 200/- per complaint per day will be recovered from the contractor due complete all as specified and as directed . The cost for all necessary T&P such as green female bamboo strips, iron rods, sewage rodding machine, buckets, rope, ladder, safety mask, bleaching powder etc and all other other materials for execution of the work shall be included in the unit rate complete all as specified and as directed . A complaint register shall be maintained by JE and proper record of complaints received and attended with date and time shall be recorded and shall be signed daily by both the parties. Complaint register shall be kept on record of Engineer-in-Charge after completion of work complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc. 1.5 M deep for manhole and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipe including under, and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm/200MM dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete 150mm dia as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm internal dia of pipe making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates smooth finished and reforming benching as required all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in CM of any descritpion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:4 as in manholes/drain complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.126 above but except bricks. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4).complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement Plaster in Cement Motor 1:4 on faces of brick/ concrete surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm grade stone agregate) as in coping etc including from work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cutting existing manholes for connection new drain pipe making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and benching as required internal dia of pipe 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down CI Pipe door plate and S&F new door plate for 100mm CI pipe fixing with nut and bolt and rubber washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down CI Pipe door plate and S&F for door plate for 75mm CI pipe fixing with nut and bolt and rubber washer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down CI pipe 100mm including necessary brackets of floor etc and removing to store and M&L 100mm dia CI pipe including necessary repair to cement in wall etc and making proper functioning of pipe lines jointing with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down CI pipe 75mm including necessary brackets of floor etc and removing to store and M&L 75mm dia CI pipe including necessary repair to cement floor/wall etc and making proper functioning of pipe lines jointing with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs, SFRC main hole cover 70mm thick of any size with frame set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in natural ground (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed at site.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum getting out, returning, filling in watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil, making good surface and disposal of surfaces spoil to a distance not exc 50 Mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS angle iron post flat, square/pipe tube, round bar such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, post gate, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting screws, etc and similar work complete all as specified

Supply and fix in repairs chain link fencing PVC coated n.exc 4 Kg/Sqm MS galvanised wire mesh made upto topped wire and fixed to any type of fencing post with all necessary fitting and complete all as specified and directed. (Weight of chain link fence shall be decided through a BOO)

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. .

M & L for preparation of RCC surface of sunken sab ( Floor & sides ) by brushing with grinder machine and cleaning thoroughly with water and removing old treated surface complete. 1. Application of two coats of poly urethane based chemical treatment (as per manufacture instruction Dr. FIXIT /FOSROC/COCO/STP. 2. M & L 15 MM thick CM (1:4) plaster overchemical coating. Note-1.Countinuity with cementtitious WPT beyond sunken portion in toilet shall be maintained 2.In case of Rectangular/ circular RCC tank ,all internal faces including ceiling.

M&L cement concrete 1:5:10 with 40 mm graded stone coarse aggregate in sunken floor 150 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed at site.

M&L 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate finished even and smooth with using extra cement in sunken portion) mixed 3% of water proofing compound with cement (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule).

S&F in repairs 75 mm bore cast iron floor trap with gartings incl jointing with with lead joints to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1(1:2:4) complete all as specified and as directed at site.

S&F in repairs 100 mm bore nahani trap with gratings incl jointing to waste pipe complete all as specified and as directed at site.

S&F repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) with any type of 'P' or 'S' trap excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe, including fixing of water closet complete with plastic water closet seat black/white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc of exc. 250 liters & n.exc. 500 liters capacity of tanks with bleaching powder @ 0.25 Kg per tank complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 150 above but exc. 500 liters & n.exc. 1000 liters capacity with bleaching powder @ 0.25 Kg per tank complete all as specified and as directed at site.

M&L Cleaning of septic tanks / Manholes including bailing out water, from it and removing sludge and blockages from inlet and outlet of sewer lines including taking out the excavated sludge and carting away the same to a distance far away from residential/office area and cover the same with fresh earth and recommissioning the septic tank including site clearance to a distance of 3 Metre around septic tank complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity :-(a) For Manhole n. exc 1.50m deep. Note. (i) Cleaning of sewage line must be done with using hydraulic or mechanical cleaning method on a scheduled basis to remove accumulated debris in the pipe line such as silt, grease, roots and rocks . (ii) Necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor for T&P and accessories for hydraulic/ mechanical cleaning and quoted rates shall be inclusive these aspect and no dispute will be intertained later on.

(b) For Manhole exc 1.50m but n.exc 3m deep.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor / paving laid in panels, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm PCC (1:2:4 ) type B2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in floors,hard standing, sub base floor finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green..

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

M&L in repairs for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified including 25 mm sand cutioning complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles glossy type 300 mmx300mmx20 to 22 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab & tiles of any description complete all specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like 20 mm cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed at site.
