Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for aluminium powder coated louvered ventilator with provision of exhaust fan using aluminium section including glass 3mm thick ordinary quality, frosted and stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm dia wire and 1.40mm aperture etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 4 mm thick figured glass, pin head type, and glazing with not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane to aluminium frame work for ventilaators acomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut Granite slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in steps, pillars, window cills, parapit tops,and like and incl 10mm thick (avg thickness) cement mortar 1:4 screeding and setting coat in cement morter 1:2:3mm thick, set and jointed with white cement sturry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl cutting, waste, rubbing and polshing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate of granite stone shall be deemed to incl for full rounded off corner/edges incl all cutting to make it square or rectangular. (ii) The rate shall also be deemed to incl for cutting and polishing machine and granite polishing to achive the desired granite finish complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Silicon sealant for sealing of existing/new window aluminium frame with penetration depth 10 mm and 10 mm wide using sealant gun finished in triangular shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete work in CM 1;6. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surfaces in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete in foundation type C 2, 1:3:6 (40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F structural steel in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and applying 2mm thick wall care putty in two layers on walls/concrete over old /new plaster surfaces internally complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of weather proof paint of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 3 mm thick aluminium composite panelling of any colour and any shape (marble/plane finish) including necessary GI frame work required for fixing of panelling on wall/columns/plastered surface/concrete surface ,scaffolding required for fixing work and safety measures .Joint of composite panelling work should be filled with braker rod and silicon weather seal complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L Mild steel flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required and fixing as required in fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix chain link MS galavanised fencing of mesh size (50 x 50) mm x 3 mm dia wire including line wires stranded rail straining bols etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n exc 5cm long and dia of neck 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Non structural steel sork in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, wind ties, etc.; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore (Broken boulder) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base surfice finished even and rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made 60 mm thick glossy finished cement concrete coloured interlocking pavers block of M-35 grade with approved colour and pattern as approved, as in floors or pavements, laid over and including 30 mm thick stone dust cusioning, laid dry to the profile as directed incl cement concrete filetting to the edges in CM (1:4), all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx30mm /20 cm x 20cm x 25 mm (as approved) thick set jointed with grey cement and pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry with and cement concrete filleting work at edges including 15 mm thick screed bed of CM(1:6) in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non structural steel Framed work as in Jaffri complete, drilled for fixing of steel frame with steel raw bolts of 100mm long four numbers in each post in concrete surfaces; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed. (Fe-290 Gde E-165)

S&F Mild steel, plain, black sheet ornamental design & laser cutting as per design as approved . cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws including necessary welding with frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50mtr wide and not exc 1.50mtr in depth for foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stine agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for drain work and similar works including necessary form work and finishes the surfaces even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering & well ramming in layers n exc .25 cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point. In soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non structural steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or gorged into spikes framed guard bars barred to windows, iron door, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work for water tank and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smoothnusing extra cement, using dewatering trimix method 100 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
