Dismantling for repair of existing un-serviceable / worn out bridge wheel assembly complete, worn-out Bevel / Drive gear of Bridge wheel structure and including lathe work if required by transporting to workshop defective worn-out crown wheel of agitator of outer dia 600mm / 100 mm and inner dia 65 mm / 35 mm and No. of teeth 72/18, defective gear box of Bridge wheel assembly strip opening of gear box of ratio 50:1 for repairs, repairing of gear box such as cleaning, tightening of gear including shaft oil seal, wheel seal oil, bearing set of 22217K. set of two complete including nuts, bolts , washers and key etc at site with accessories and reassembling / refixing the same after repairs. Agitator assembly and reassembling floculator bridge structure and keeping aside on jack and removing of defective central bearings and mounting of bridge structure on its original position,including oiling , greasing as per site requirement,Repairing,reassembling and making functionable complete system in all respect including testing and commissioning on load complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(i) The parts covered under serial itrem No. 02 to 10 of BoQ if required then only shall be replaced and measured and paid as supply only. (ii)The fixing element of Labour of serial itrem No. 02 to 10 is included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (iii) The Rate of Lathe work complete all as per original pattern and other fixing arrangments with nut and bolts washers etc. of these items are also included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.(iv) The rate of transportation from site to workshop & Back is included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply only new cast iron bridge wheel of 200 mm dia and 150 mm wide long complete all as directed.

Supply only new shaft made out of mild steel of size 80 mm dia and 700 mm long complete all as directed.

Supply only new key/pin complete all as directed.

Supply only steel chain for clarifier of size 32 mm x 20 mm x 2.50 mtr long complete all as directed.

Supply only worm wheel of gear box (50 : 1) ratio made of phosphorus bronze complete all as directed.

Supply only centre worm shaft of gear box of ratio 50:1 complete all as directed. Make: Shanti Gear.

Supply only of MS Shaft of agitator of size 65 mm dia, 60 cm long as per oringal Pattern complete all as directed.

Supply only of housing having cast iron bush for bearing as per oringal Pattern complete all as directed.

De-silting and cleaning the back wash channel of filtration plant of depth not exc. 2.00 metre and removing silt 50.00 metre away from outer edge of channel of the filtration plant No. 01 and 02 complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Dewatering/bailing out muddy staganated water manually or with the help of non clogging pumping sets removing mud from floculator (25 mtr outer dia , 3 mtr depth) upto Filter bed with the help of bucket and rope and removing upto 100 mtr away from the periphery of the floculator, Removing of scraping algae from wall & floor of floculator with wire brushes, steel patti etc, cleaning the same and treating the surface with two coats of white wash and removing soil upto 50 mtr away from outer periphery of the installation, Removing or scrapimg , algae from steel surfaces scraper blades etc in the floculator with wire brushes steel patti and emery paper including treating the steel surfaces with two coats of black anti corrosive paint edible complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 13 above but from floculator (20 mtr outer dia , 3 mtr depth).

All as per serial item No. 13 above but from floculator (22 mtr outer dia , 3 mtr depth). Note for serial item No. 13 to 15 : (i) The expenditure for removing of mud,cleaning of surface,painting etc involved in complete system of floculator and channels upto filter bed shall be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Contractor shall make all necessary arrangements such as Lighting , Non clogging Pumps, ladder etc and will make good to disturbed surface with out any extra cost to the department on this account.

Dewatering/bailing out muddy staganated water manually or with the help of non clogging pumping set from Sludge tank of size 27 X 27 metres at top and 8 x 8 meters at bottom 3 mtr deep, Removing silt from Sludge tank manually by bucket and rope depth exceeding 4.0 mtr but not exceeding 6 mtr and depositing where directed by Eng-in- Charge at a distance exe 50 mtr away from outer wall of installation.Cutting existing bushes/herbs/unwanted plants, Scrapping out silt, algae etc from side walls and floor by washing, cleaning the same with steel wire brush ,brooming etc and washing the side walls with bleaching powder solution and washing again with clear water after washing with bleaching powder to entire satisfaction of Eng-in-Charge complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 16 above but from sludge tank of size 14 x 14 meters at top and 8 x 8 meters at bottom 3 meter in deep. Note for serial item No. 16 &17 : Contractor shall make all necessary arrangements such as Lighting , Non clogging Pumps, ladder etc and will make good to disturbed surface with out any extra cost to the department on this account.

S&F in repair primary filter of CI/PVC with glass wool filter and moisture glass tube with PVC moisture nut complete all as specified and directed. Make : AQUA SERVICES / Peejee/ H- Guru.

S&F in repair slip ring 4 pole 415 volts suitable for electric motor with eight Nos carbon brushes mounted on GI pipe with frame including necessary fittings complete all as required at site and as directed.

Opening the top of unserviceable flat sheet valve 600 mm to 350 mm dia and taking out complete assembly from open inlet channel of filtratioin plant and repairing the same including and replace the same with new spindle with check nut, gate valve, ring , gland etc including replacement of worn out nuts, bolts gasket etc with new nuts, bolts gasket etc and refixing the same in original poistion after repairs and testing complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
