M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke, soot ,moulds, moss and efflorecent salts and treating oil and gresy spots and thereafter applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying with roller Two coat of oil bound distemper including application of wall care putty for smooth finish.etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M & L white cement based wall care putty as reqd on wall / ceiling new or old surfaces of any description finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls/ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots, washing down with water, filling of cracks with Dr fixit crack filler or equivalent make and applying one coat of 100% antifungal acrylic paint of approved shade including necessary scaffolding work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M & L Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any desription , not otherwose described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any desription , not otherwose described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for Ready mix plaster 10mm thick on internal faces of bricks or concrete surface including preparation of wall surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in ready mix plaster on ceiling surface and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including scrapping down and preparation of ceiling surfaces to receive plaster, scaffolding as reqd etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for Ready mix polimer modified cement based plaster 20mm thick on new external bricks or concrete surface including preparation of wall surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L chipping, removing carefully concrete surface by low impact hamer/bracker without damaging the structure incl preparation of old surfaces of reinforcement bars as per manufacturer's instruction and disposal of debris out side MOD land and applying anticorrosive protective coating for steel reinforcement surfaces and allpying epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new mortar, by brush application and building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, 20-40mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over coat of alkali resistant primer with roller etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls, chajjas,filling of hair line cracks with white cement and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal weather resistant acrylic paint over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M & L writing letters or figures (Black, roman, Italic, or Indian ) not exc 30 cm high with thick paint so they are stand out boldly without showing signs of brush marks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing treatment of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4 % concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut /injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30 mm and spraying with solution 25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4 % concentration diluted with ltr of water) and removing the plant /vegetation including penetrated roots complete including necessary scaffolding etc for plants /vegetation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling of roof terracing cement / brick concrete (un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position and of any portion from top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust / dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish / demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate with 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions water proofing as in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and formwork etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge ( Note : water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

M&L for application of 7 layer of waterproofing system on leaking roof by thorough surface preparation, opening and filling of cracks, application of absorption coat of Thermacool WP51, application of sandwich coat of elastomeric (Thermacool WP51 + Cement) waterproofing layer with 80 gsm non woven fibre mesh, application of 3 rd coat of elastomeric (Thermacool WP51 + Cement) waterproofing layer and topcoated with two coats of Thermacool 0.3c elastomeric, waterproofing solar IR heat reflective coating having a min. Service life of 10 years complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and Application of 4 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete WALL surface by thorough surface preparation with high pressure water jet min. 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of nano-tech enhanced elastomeric waterproofing (NEEWP) emulsion having UV resistance and min. 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then over coating with 2 Coats of NEEWP + Cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% Elongation followed by curing and then top-coated with 1 protective coat of SHR Coating - pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 SQM/Ltr/2 Coats, DFT 100 - 120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable. The product should be certified by NABL Approved Lab and application is to be done by company approved applicator only"

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 5000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit. Note 1:- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'. Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
