Construction work of Chakarwa Dhus Link Road to the Chakarwa Dhus Drug Warehouse in Dist Deoria

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2. with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Excluding GST)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. (Excluding GST)

Providing, laying, WBM Grade-2 with 45-63mm size Stone Ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled smooth roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per clause 405.2 (Including hire charges of road roller) (Excluding GST)

Providing, laying, WBM Grade-3 with 22.4-53mm size Stone Ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Grading 3 as per clause 405.3 (Including hire charges of road roller) (Excluding GST)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. As per Techinical specfication Clause 502 (Including hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen ) (Excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen ) (Excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen ) (Excluding GST)

Construction of Subgrade and earhen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift and lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2. with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.1 (Excluding GST)

Maintenance of Constructed Road for next Five Year after completion of work Shall be paid as per G.O. No. 17/2024/सा०-113/23-1-2024-23-1099-113/2023 लोक निर्माण अनुभाग- 1दिनांक 16.01.2024 एवं कार्यालय प्रमुख अभियन्‍ता यातायात वर्ग लो०नि०वि० लखनऊ का पत्रांक-3689-ओ०पी०आर०एम०सी०/मूल-23-24 दिनांक 17;02;2024 Payment Shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid Extra as applicable.) 1st Year Maintenance cost total construction of cost item No. 1 to 9 Rs,. 3860110.00 @ Zero Percent & for 2nd year @ 0.25%
