Reconstruction work of Road from DPS School behind HRIT College to Shahpur Road in Ward 16.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 5000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with Three wheel 80-100 KN StaticRoller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming,requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404.. G2

Brick edging on both side of the road of first class bricks 7cm.wide 11cm.deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required temolete and in proper alignment and also including dressing and raming to the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge SI 765

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ss1 on prepared surface of grannular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg per sqm using machenical means as per T.S. clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry Bituminious surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and Laying bituminous concrete with high capacity batch hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (vg-30)@ 5.4 percent ofmix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finesher with sensor control to requred grade, level and alingnment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandemrollers to achive the desired compaction asperMORTH specification clouse No 507 complete in all respect

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per square area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 .the finished surface to be leved uniformand free from streaks and holes .Rates are inclusive of all taxes royality etc all T&P / machines material and labour requrired for proper completion of work.As Per MORTH-803(8.13)

Brick masonry work in 1:4 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specification Clauses 600, 1202 & 1203
