Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) any description and laid in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting of storm water drain by excavation in soft/loose soil settled deposited soil/earth/silt/mud from bed of drain in foil condition including cleaning of shrubs, vegitation and grass etc whatsoever with therein, bed of drain condition including getting out and removing excavated material and deposited the same to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- all as per item No 06 above -----but except bricks.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps,seismic and other similar bands, plinth course, string courses, lacinng courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or stone masonry or on one side of lathing surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 300 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipe Spigot & socket type, class NP-2, laid & jointed in cement sand mortar 1:1 with spun yarn complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs (for man holes etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

~Ditto~ all as per serial item No. 15 above 10 mm dia and over round bar as in rungs and manhole cover handles complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.
