REPAIR , RENEWALS AND MAINT TO STREET LIGHTS, SOLAR PLANT, SOLAR HEATERS AND DG SETS AND AMF PANELS AT AFS BEGUMPET UNDER GE (AF) HAKIMPET

M&L for servicing of DG set of capacity 15 KVA to 75 KVA installed at AFS Begumpet by carrying out the following maintenance including testing on completion for satisfactory performance at connected load complete all as specified and as directed :-

(a) Drain out of diesel from tank and storing in cleaned containers, cleaning the tank thoroughly by removing sediments settled at the bottom and refilling the drained out diesel duly filtered.

(b) Drain out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil upto required level

(c) Replacing suitable fuel filter stainer, fuel pipe, fuel filters, engine oil filter, air cleaner element and oil seal assembly complete. (Note: Material will be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply only')

(d) Check coolant level & top up the same if required (Note: Coolant will be measured and paid separately as 'Supply Only')

(e) Check and top up the electrolyte/distilled water in starting batteries to maintain the required specific gravity. Cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery poles & brass connectors.

(f) Checking and general adjustments of FIP, fuel injectors, governer, turbo charger etc for proper functioning of DG Set.

(g) Replacing suitable size of 'V' belts, hoses and clamps of air cleaner. (Note: Material will be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply only')

(h) Tightening all the fasteners of complete DG set to the required torque and cleaning the complete DG Set with suitable cleaning agent.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but for above 75 KVA and upto 160 KVA DG Set Make -greaves/ Kirloskar all as specified and as directed.
