Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Contractor shall be registered in PWD in class 4 and above in civil category

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Contractor shall submit annual turnover certificate for the past five years i.e. from the year 2021-22 to 2025-26 with contract receipts and UDIN number attested by CA

Contractor shall adhere to the conditions prescribed in KW1 bid document

Contractor should have achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.2.60 Lakhs during the last five years i.e.from 2021-22 to 2025-26

Contactor shall submit bankers certificate/Line of credit for Rs.0.39 lakhs in a format prescribed in KW1 bid document

Contractor shall submit similar work done certificate for works such as construction of drain road bridge building for Rs.0.65 Lakhs executed during the last five years
