Earth work excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth, kassi work underesssed involved and average horizontal throw upto 2 Mtr. And an average vertical lift upto 0.5 Mtr. Including breaking of clods (HSR 6.2 (a))

Preparation of sub grade including trenching, rough dressing of spoil, final dressing of earth, to given levels and camber, watering, rolling with road roller, and compacting the bed (HSR 24.1) Note :- In widening portion sub grade will be prepared with the use of Baby roller (HSR 24.1) or width of excavation should be made sufficient wide to accommodate road roller. Extra width required for compaction of sub grade shall not be paid and its expenditure shall be in incidental to the work.

Providing and laying 150 mm thick granular sub base consisting of drainage layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading –VI of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Material and operation manufacturing shall be approved by engineer.

Providing & laying 80mm thick ISI marked interlocking paver blocks (Confirming to IS: 15658 of -2006/IRC SP-63-2004) of all shapes and colours of design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30mm thick fine sand complete in all respect (HSR 10.159)

Providing and laying thick coat with bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm. On the prepared bitumen / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen as per clause No. 503 (5th edition ) 2013 as per MoRT&H specification (N-5).

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet (pc) excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified value of compaction and direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and light watch, complete in all respect. i/c cost of Bitumen VG-10 grade as per clause 510 MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (N.S).

Providing and laying ‘B” type seal coat with VG-10 grade bitumen excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified/ desirable value of compaction as per direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch complete in all respect as per clause 511 and 510.1.3 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (N.S.)..

Providing & fixing public information board consisting of 75 mm GI Pipe of size 2.45 m x 1.15 m with 900 mm x 900 mm GI sheet 16 gauge connected/ welded with 5 mm thick steel plate of 50 mm duly painted as per column mentioned in the Drawing and fixing at site in 60 x 60 x 75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect.

Providing and installing shoulder mounted direction signage of various sizes using non-metallic micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to IRC – 67 – 2012 TYPE IV, HIP specification fixed on 3 mm thick Aluminium composite panels as base board with pressure sensitive adhesive having 0.5 mm thick Aluminium on both sides supported on single or two nos, Mild steel pipe post 80mm NB medium class 4 mm thick embedded in M-20 grade concrete foundation of size (600mm X 600mm X 750mm) complete as per drawings Technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
