Approach Road to Talabandha MIP (D/W) from RD 00 to RD 1352m in Chilika block of Khordha Dist under CAPEX Road Grant for the year 2025-26

Clearing shrub jungles and uprooting stumps below 1Mtr. girth etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation ,loading,unloading and carriage by mecanical means of all kinds of soil,including stoney earth,gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.Within an intial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.per 1 cum

Excavation of any approved type soil in approved borrow area by mecanical means loading into and transportation by mecanical means and unloding the soil within intial lead of 1km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction with sheep foot rollers and dozers but excluding construction , maintenance , watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge. ( measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished complete section under OMC condition.) per 1cum

Cement Concrete works of M15 with 20 mm Size crusser broken granite metal & down graded of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including lifting the materials lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level with curing ramming finishing etc. complete in all respect to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete works of M20 with 20 mm Size crusser broken granite metal & down graded of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including lifting the materials lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level with curing ramming finishing etc. complete in all respect to proper slope and level & providing expansion joints with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying straightening, cutting, bending, binding, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement of different diameter and laying in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot including cost ,conveyance & all taxes of reinforcement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermidiate construction joints in rafts of weirs,barrages and dam blocks including dismantling them after casting including cost of materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials moorum including watering and ramming as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Unit per 1 Cum.)

Loosening,leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment,scarified to a depth of 150mm mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction and clause 305 of MORTH specification of road and bridge works etc.

Providing and laying sub base with admixure with sand and moorum in (2:3) proportion with cost, carriage royalty of all materials and laying the admixture in canal bed and slopes, wel water and rammed to line and level, with cost of all labour , T&P, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-II (63mm to 45 mm ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORST&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4 th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-III (53mm to 22.4 mm ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORST&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4 th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MOSRT&H Specifications for road & bridge works.etc as directed by the EIC.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulation pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminious / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for road& bridge works etc.as directed by the EIC.

Labour for laying 20mm thick premix carpeting using 0.27 cum of 13.20mm and 0.09cum of 6mm size chips and 14.60kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR,bitumen mixtures,tar boilers and all other T&P articles but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Labour for laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm of 6mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8kg of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR,bitumen mixtures,tar boilers and all other T&P articles but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Binding road surface with sand 6mm thick including cost,carriage and royality of materials as directed by the EIC.

Supplying and stacking good quality moorum at road sides in regular box heaps and conveying from stacks and spreading in uniform thickness on road surface including watering and rolling with PRR with cost , conveyance , royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour , T&P, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorized sign as per IRC 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3,fixed over Aluminium sheeting 2mm thick supported on a mild steel single/double angle iron post 75x75x6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of proporly designed foundation with M15 grade concrete 45x45x60 cm,60 cm below ground level as per drawing and technical specification clause 801 of specification for road & bridge works 5th revision and as directed by the EIC.
