All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 Mainland river sand and 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with cement morter 1:4 (1 cement, 4 River sand) and labour charges, GST, minor tools etc. complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as per the direction of EIC, including cost of paint, brush and other materials, all labour charges, GST, labour welfare cess, minor tools etc. complete. Old work (one or more coats).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted special shaped washer. including all labour charges, transportation charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess, GST etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size of MS laths inter locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs grade No.2 and MS top cover of required thickness for rolling shutter, cost of all materials, all labour charges, welding charges, scaffolding charges, minor tools, transportation charges, GST labour welfare cess etc. complete. 80x1.25 mm MS Laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover.
