Cement Treated Crushed Stone Sub base By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded Material, mixing , carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing with cement at OMC and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 MORTH Item No.4.8 Specification-403 B

Cement Treated Crushed Stone Base (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate mixed with cement to crushed stone treated base specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Open - Graded Premix Surfacing Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. Brick edging on both sides of roads of 1st clas bricks 8cm (3") wide & 12 cm (4.50") deep laid with mud mortar including labour & Suplly of bricks finished to required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the E/I. SOR Sl. No.765

Brick soling with straight over burnt bricks laid on Edge and dry including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and inculuding supply of bricks, filling joints with local earth spreading blinding coat of 1 cm (3/8") depth of local earth of P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completions of the work.
