Cleaning of storm water drains of any width and depth by surface excavation of bottom surfaces of drain not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 10cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, bush wood under growth roots etc complete with using mechanical equipment like JCB, tippers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The rates quoted shall be inclusive of making temporary approaches for JCB in deeper drains including of site on completion of work.

Cleaning of storm water drains of any width and depth, inside/outside cleaning by rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil including cleaning away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs bush wood of under growth roots etc complete and using mechanical equipment like JCB, tippers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The rates quoted shall be inclusive of making temparary approaches for JCB in deeper drains including cleaning of site on completion of work.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, menholes, pier holes, laying of cables & CI/GI pipes lines etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre from outside the periphery of the area under clearance and depositing the same in low lying area with using mechanical equipment like JCB, tippers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar for monsoon drain walls in portions including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of masonry wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, necessary formwork as required etc complete all as specified.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete as specified and directed.

Ditto as per serial item No. 05 above but except stone.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum dipression on face from sraight edge held against the dresses surface n exc 20mm and dressing of face beds and joints as specified to square rubble walling, jodhpur type, brought upto courses.

M&L for keyed pointing in cement and mortar (1:4) to square rubble masonry coursed or brought upto courses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for grass cutting any number of times at particular location (Vegetation clearance) on shoulders near by runway, taxi track etc mechanically by fuel operated grass cutting machines, shrubs cutting machines etc as directed in such a way that grass should be maintained exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 15cm in height from ground and including removing the same outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The daily strenght of manpower to be deployed by the contractor shall be as per users instructions and no lapses is acceptable. (ii) Measurement paid for grass cuttings shall be of portions covered by grass, vegetations only.
