Repairs to 3 cusec pump No 28 installed at Indra colony Jammu by way of dismantling of pump from base frame, shifting to safer side manually for its repair/schedule maintenance at site, extraction of pump shaft assembly from the pump, cleaning of all parts of the pump set after removing silt/mud entered during the rainy season. Replacement of bearings of pump as per sample with proper greasing. assembling of pump , providing/fitting of new gland packing, back shifting and fitting of the pump at base frame. job also includes dismantling and extraction of 10 inch dia suction pipe line manually using tools and tackles , extraction of silt /mud from the suction pipe line , repair to 10 inch dia suction pipe line along with foot valve by way of replacement of rubber gaskets, rusted nuts and bolts, plugging of leakages if any with proper welding etc and then fitting/ laying of suction pipe line with pump Job further includes repairs to 50 HP Engine (4 cylinders) of unit no 28 by way of Dismantling canopy from engine. Cleaning/decarbonising the engine/components with recommended chemicals, replacement of bearings as per sample and then greasing properly ,replacement of gaskets , thrust washer-4Nos., air filter, m.oil filter, oil pipes with banjo bolts. Job also includes filling of engine oil 20 ltrs, coupling of engine with pump. making proper alignment with pump and then testing of the engine and pump on no load. Complete job incl. cost of spares, material, skilled and semi skilled labour and carriage charges, tools and tackles complete job.

Repairs to 2 cusec pump No 13 and 15 installed at Indra colony Jammu by way of dismantling of pump from base frame, shifting to safer side manually for its repairs/schedule maintenance at site, extraction of pump shaft assembly from the pump, cleaning of all parts of the pump set after removing silt/mud entered during the rainy season. Replacement of bearings of pump as per sample with proper greasing. assembling of pumps , providing/fitting of new gland packing, back shifting and fitting of the pumps at base frames. Job also includes dismantling and extraction of 4 inch dia suction pipe lines manually using tools and tackles , extraction of silt /mud from the suction pipe lines , repair to 4 inch dia suction pipe lines along with replacement of 4 inch dia foot valves 2nos conforming to ISI standard, replacement of rubber gaskets, rusted nuts and bolts, plugging of leakages if any with proper welding etc and then fitting/ laying of suction pipe lines with 2 no pumps. Job further includes repairs to 16.5 HP Engine of unit no 13 and 15 by way of dismantling of engine at site Cleaning/decarbonising the engine/components with recommended chemicals, greasing of 4nos bearings ,replacement of gaskets , thrust washer-4Nos., air filter, m.oil filter, oil pipes with banjo bolts. Job includes filling of engine oil 16 ltrs for both engines. Assembling of engines, coupling with pump sets, making proper alignment and then testing. Complete job includes. cost of spares, material,skilled /semi skilled labour, carriage charges, tools and tackles.etc complete job.
