NOTE: 1. Advance payment will not be carried out. Payment terms as per clause 2.8 of RFP i.e, "90% payment against receipt and acceptance of item at BEL Bangalore. Balance 10% payment on submission of Performance Bank Guarantee (10% of PO value) after installation/commissioning covering warranty period". 2. Cost of Non comprehensive AMC (Labour Only) for 5 years post warranty to be submitted separately. The AMC cost shall be taken into consideration for deciding the L1 bidder. However placing AMC order will be at the discretion of BEL. 3. Local supplies are to be quoted itemwise 4. L1 will be decided based on total cost to the company (SL NO 1+2+3)
