Outsourcing of Services for Operation and taking care of Pump House comprising of pump set ,chloronome plant,DG Set located in pump house in three shifts from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs,1400hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200hrs to 0600 hrs in all the days of calender month by deploying one FGM in Each shifts on given Location including material for maintenance like Cotton waste , Grease , petrolium jelly,distilled water etc ,all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Doodhganga P/House (b) Sri-IV P/House (c) Lalgoan P/House.

Outsourcing of Services for Operation and taking care of delivery valves in three shifts from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs,1400hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs in all the days of calender month by deploying one Valveman in Each shifts in each location including material for maintenance like Cotton waste , Gland Packing, Rubber Packing etc ,all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Sri-IV pump House & connected SMQ area (b) Filter Plant and connected south area (c) OMQ area and Signal section 45 WEU area.

Outsourcing of Services for Operation and taking care of delivery valves at ATC & Connected area in one shift from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs in all the days of calender month by deploying one Valveman in each shift including material for maintenance like Cotton waste , Gland Packing, Rubber Packing etc ,all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Ser No 1 to 3 :- The quoted rate is deemed to be included for minor repair/minor setting of Pump Sets/DG Set and connected valves of any capacity all as directed be Engr-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of Services for Operation and taking care of Central AC plants (02 Nos) of capacity 3 x 30 TR at Hanger No 1 & 2 and 3 x 11 TR at hanger No.6 installed at New WSA area, in Three Shifts from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs (Total three Shifts per day) in all the days of calender month by apponting One semi skilled Operator per shift for both AC Plant including provision of materials for maintenance like Cotton Waste, Grease, Petroleum Jelly, Distilled Water, etc, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Following Plants/Machineries installed in AC plant are required to be operated :- (a) Water cooled chiling unit complete running capacity 3 x 30 TR - 1 Set (Two working & one stand by). (b) Electric Hot Water Generator of capacity 75 KW complete -02 Nos (c ) AHU of capacity 8000 CFM complete unit - 02 Nos (d ) Cooling tower induced draught type of cap 60 TR - 01 No (e) Water Supply installation installed with centrifugal pump - 02 Nos (for AC plant) (f) DG Set 30 KVA - 01 No (Water Supply Installation). (g) Water cooled chilling unit complete running capacity 11 TR - 03 Nos (Two working & one stand by). (h) Diesel operated hot water generator - 01 No. (j) AHU ofcapacity 8000 CPM complete - 01 No. (k) Cooling tower induced draught type of capacity 22 TR - 01 Nos. (l) DG Set 62.5 KVA at hanger No.6 plant room.

Outsourcing of Services for Operation and taking care of Package type AC Plant installed at MIG BISON Lab and Kopyo Lab - 15 TR & 7.5 TR, in Two Shifts from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs in all the days of calender month by appointing One semi Skilled Operator Per Shift for both location including provision of materials for maintenance like Cotton Waste, Grease, Petroleum Jelly, Distilled Water, etc, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of Services for Operation and taking care of Package type AC Plant installed at Bison APTT lab - 2 x 11 TR and DG Set 200 KVA and DG Set 125 KVA at 51 Sqn, in three Shifts (from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) in all the days of calender month by appointing One Semi-Skilled Operator Per Shift at Each location including provision of materials for maintenance like Cotton Waste, Grease, Petroleum Jelly, Distilled Water, etc, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- For Ser No 1 to 6 :- 1. The quoted rate is deemed to be included for followings :- (a) Tradesmen should be proper trade ie diesel / refrigeration / AC mechanic / FGM etc duly Govt ITI qualified having minimum 2 yrs experience / a person having seven years experience in the relevant trade / Ex serviceman of the relevant trade and valve man should be 10th class pass. (b) The contractor shall provide proper uniform to his tradesman. The uniform colour and Pattern shall be got approved by Accepting Officer. (c) Contractor shall provide daily log sheets as per format given by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Contractor is fully responsible for cleaning all the area of respective installation as mentioned above.
