Providing and fixing new motorized operated curtains for stage and also partition of Al AC2 frame with milky frosted Glass and louvered Al AC2 panel with sliding door at community hall of AMD Complex, Shillong

Providing, supplying, fixing and stitching of new motorized curtains (1 No. motorized channel , 1 No. remote , 19 Rft. channel, 16 Rft. normal channel & 60 m curtains) for stage of community hall including taking out old existing curtains , rods, electric switch points & finished the wall surface as before, all cost of material, labour,carriage, taxes etc. complete, curtain's fabric quality & colour as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing partition of Al AC2 frame ( section size 60mm x 40mm & thickness 1.5 mm bronze anodized) with milky frosted Glass 5mm thick & Al AC2 louvered 82mm bronze anodized panel and partially milky glazed & louvered Al AC2 sliding door ( Al door frame size 82mm x 45mm & thickness 1.5 mm bronze anodized ) near side of stage of community hall of AMD Complex, Shillong including material, silicon, labour charges, fixing, carriage of materials, taxes etc. all complete. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 12-15 watt LED Down lighter LED Recessed /surface Down lighter (Round / square/ Rectangular) (SMD Type) (System lumen efficacy >135lm/Watt). SMD type of following body material with PMMA and prismatic diffuser and construction as per IS : 10322 with driver as per requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Operating voltage AC 140-270 Volt, frequency 50/60 hz, Operating temp range - 5 0C to 40 0C, internal surge protection of 2.5 KV with Short & Open circuit protection , life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry), life time of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K/ 4000°K /5700°K / 6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM(Standard Deviation Color Matching) <3. Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard. Manufactures Mark/ Name Engraved/ Embossing / Screen printing on housing. complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required: Double pole ( 20 amp)

Supplying and fixing 6 way , Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface medium class PVC conduit as required: 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.: 15/16 A switch

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.: 6 pin 15/16 A socket outlet

Supplying and fixing 12 Module (200mmX150mm) size/ modules, GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required.
