Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The intended bidder shall have proven experience as prime contractor in the field of Erection, Maintenance, Overhauling of Coal and oil firing equipments, Wall de slaggers of Boiler in TPS in 210 MW or above capacity boilers in any one of the preceding five years. Satisfactorily completed similar nature of works in single or multiple work orders of maximum 2 Nos in any one year value not less than Rs.14.71 Lakhs (exclusive of GST) as prime contractor and shall submit the copies of work orders and work done/experience certificate as documentary evidence, certified by the officer not less than the rank of Chief Engineer or equivalent and above for reference and verification. Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to present price level of the financial year in which tenders are invited.

The average annual turnover shall not be less than Rs.29.42 Lakhs (exclusive of GST) during any two of the preceding five financial years ( 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26).A certified copy of a statement of Profit & Loss accounts/Turn over certificate issued by chartered accountant shall be enclosed as documentary proof. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which tenders are invited

EMD of Rs. 58,900.00 shall be paid (Rs. Fifty eight thousand Nine hundred only) through e-portal.

Registration of Establishment/firm/ company/ individual from Govt. department and Department of Labour.

PF Registration with Regional Provident Fund Commissioner.

Goods and Service Tax Registration certificate.

Valid labour license belonging to any region or for the Bellary region, and in event of successful bidder and placed work order the agency shall obtain LABOUR LICENSE pertaining to Bellary region only.
