REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF UNSV INTERNAL WIRING, MCBs/MCCBs, DISTRIBUTION BOARDS (SPN/TPN DBs), CEILING LIGHTS, RECESS LIGHTS, DECORATIVE LIGHTS AND FLP FITTINGS, ISOLATORS, GARAGE ACTUATORS AND OTHER MISC ITEMS AT AF STN DIGARU

Taking down/out copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for the same items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M&L for point wiring for light points / ceiling fan points / exhaust fan points/ call bell points controlled by one, one way switch with (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including , PVC medium grade Concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia with MS sheet metal sunken box switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and phenolic laminated sheet cover 3.0 mm thick and brass screws with cup washers all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cutting chases & making good to disturbed surfaces to match with the adjoing suracfes shall be deemed to be included with the unit rate.

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but for one 6 amps socket out let point on the same board with other switches

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but for one socket outlet 15/16 amp on independent board with 2.5 Sq.mm cable and 2.5 Sq.mm earth wire.

M&L for Sub main wiring for power/circuit/for controlling for light point using FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable 2 Single core of size 2.5 Sqmm, earth continuity conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm to be drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia medium Grade Concealed in walls/roof/floors including taking down old unsv ones complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) Two single core wires of 2.5 Sqmm and one wire of 2.5 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit). (ii) The unit rate included for making good the disturbed surface including finishes to match with the adjoining surfaces alongwith cutting chases) .

All as per srl item No 3.00 here-in-before, but 2 Single core of size 4 Sqmm and earth continuity conductor of size 4.00 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring for light points / ceiling fan points / exhaust fan points/ call bell points controlled by one 5 / 6 Amps switch with 1.5 sqmm single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH copper cable, 1100 volts grade, with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing caping (double lock pattern) and accessories on wall / ceiling surfaces etc. with and including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable as continuous earth continuity conductor (green in colour) with cast Iron / pressed steel terminal boxes 60 mm deep, on walls with 3 mm thick plastic laminated / hylam sheet cover, fixed on wall / other surfaces with brass screws for mounting or housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators, etc including all other fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item No. 6.00 above but for one 5/6 Amps socket outlet point on the same board.
