Comprehensive maintenance of Schindler make elevator viz. VVVF controlled lifts installed at below mentioned buildings in Mumbai as per relevant Indian / International manufacturer’s standards of maintenance as applicable and as per specification enclosed as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) Report for the above shall be submitted to EIC & correction if any shall be made for safe operation of the lifts. (ii) Scope of work includes comprehensive maintenance of all equipments of lifts, AC unit system,CC camera system .(iii) In case of misuse / damage, payment for the replacement of the same will be made separately.
6 Passenger elevator (G+3 upper floors) at Atomica building
20 passenger elevator (S+G+12 upper floor) at V.S.Bhavan building,Anushaktinagar Equip. No. (Lift-A-20070213, Lift-B-20070214, Lift-C-20070223, Lift-D-20070221, Lift-E-20070219, Lift-F-20070222, Lift-G-20070211, Lift-H-20070194) including CC camera system & AC units system (w.e.f. 01.09.2023 to 30.11.2024)
Periodic testing of safety related features of elevator witnessed by DCSEM staff preparation of test reports counter signed by agency &DCSEM staff.
Testing of overload indication, alarm and trip system, strain gauges &/ overload limiting feature etc.& brake slippage at full load dead weight & its necessary adjustment for safe use of elevator all as per instruction of Engineer in charge. NOTE:- Testing shall be carried out on 1st, 7th, 13th & 18th months of the contract. The bill for 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th quarter of maintenance contract will be made only after conducting the tests & submission of the test reports duly signed by agency & DCS&EM staff.
