Demolition of old damaged existing water proofing compound on RCC roof of any description in any position and specification and cleaning the surface thoroughly and removing materials from site of work and providing the following works :- (a) Over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with WPC (200ml per 50kg of bag cement) all as specified and directed. (b) Applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm. (c) Applying APP modified polymeric membrane over the bitumen coat surface ,weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm and over lap 100mm and sealed by torch application as per manufacture instructions. (d) Sealing edges well into grooves & protect with CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed. (e) Applying aluminium paint @ 200 gm/sqm in two coats over polymeric membrane at non approachable roof all as specified and directed (f) M&L for providing hydraulically pressed PCC tiles of size 250x250x20.22mm thick with grey cement and joints of tiles filled with cement morter 1.3 mixed with water proffing compound all coplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, 75mm thick, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed including removal of debris out side MoD land. The work shall be carried out upto sixth storey height of buildings.

M&L for 15mm thick ready mix plaster READIPLAST RP of (Make Ultra tech) on any surfaces of brick/concrete includidng aapplication of bonding coat as Ultratech seal and Dry 5 Plus as per manufacturers instruction including finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.The work shall be carried out upto sixth storey height of buildings including all safety factor.

M&L for 5mm thick ready mix plaster READIPLAST RP of (Make Ultra tech) on any surfaces of brick/concrete includidng aapplication of bonding coat as Ultratech seal and Dry 5 Plus as per manufacturers instruction including finished even and smooth on soffits/ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed. The work shall be carried out upto sixth storey height of buildings including all safety factor.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered / previously untreated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats on walls of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces with preparationcomplete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strata surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible.(In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30 mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition in mechinical process of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, or sub floors foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand all as specefied and directed

M&L for guniting in ceilings for a high quality finished requires careful and skillful handling using skilled labours, good scaffolding stuff material mainly woodens or steel rakers, the surface should include thorough cleaning through air blasting or high pressure water jets. Additionally sandblasting with the gun, minus cement and at low velocity, effectively remove dust from reinforcement. if surface tends to absorb, it should be kept moist for six hours before guniting. Guniting requires wire netting ranging from 1.5mm to 3mm thickness spread uniformly throughout the surface fixed with tinned tacks of wire stapples, a portland pozzolona cement, a guniting ratio of 1:3 is typically employed, water cement ratio for guniting is normally set at .3, maximum size of sand should not exceed 10mm and the distance between the nozzle and the backing surface should not exceed 1m. further nozzle velocity should not surpass 140m/s. in structure repair scenarios, the gunite thickness should be limited to 30mm and rebound material is not advisable. Moreover rate of deposition of guniting is 15m3/hr. Thin polyethene or paper or cloth sheets should be used to cover the entire wall area so that cleaning is maintained and also measures should be taken so that tiles are protected from the falling materials. Demolition if any should be done prior to start of guniting and procedure should be properly followed at site and directions by engg in charge is specified.
