Brick work in CM 1:4 using Fly ash Bricks for super structure as directed by the Engineer in-charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P, curing, leads & lifts, etc., complete

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick for wall surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, Labour charges, curing, T&P, Leads and Lifts, etc. complete.

Supplying, Fabricating and fixing of structural steel work using M.S Channels/Beams/angles of various sizes as directed by the Engineer including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, welding, bolts and nuts, leads & lifts etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of colour coated galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick of approved quality with necessary screws including cost of all materials, labour charges, leads and lifts etc., complete.

Supplying, Fabricating and Fixing in Position of MS fully panelled steel Door of double leaf of required size using 50X50X6 mm MS Angles for door frame, 40X40X6 mm MS Angles for shutter frame by adopting 5 Nos. horizontally,2nos. vertically, shutter covered with 18 Gauge MS sheet and 25x3 mm MS flat as stiffener on the shutter diagonally, finished neatly as directed by the Engineer at site, including cost of all materials, providing locking arrangements, holdfast, hinges, labour, leads & lifts, etc. complete.

Painting the steel work with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality and colour over a coat of primer including cost of all materials, labour charges, brush, leads & lifts etc., complete.

Colour washing with two coats of cement paint over a coat of white cement for the exterior surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, curing, leads & lifts etc., complete.

Hire charges for JCB for removing the roots of plants, removing the boulders and levelling the surface wherever necessary etc. as directed by the Engineer at site and disposing the debris away from the site including hire charges for JCB, transportation charges, leads and lifts etc., Complete.
