Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc., n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling , plinth protection and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing average sectional area exc 100 Sqcm and n.exc 250 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitered tops all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Item No 4 above but 6 to 8mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts 16 to 20mm dia of neck(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 22.5cm and n.exc 30cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing (or) tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples (or) steel pins etc.., complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured.

S & F for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates or fencing post of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks or hinges or steel hanging door fittings and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (any shade) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting on new steel surfaces n.exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.
