Supplying and fixing of 30mm thick ferrow cement RCC cable trenches covers upto a span of 1200mm of CC grade M-25 with all lead and lift complete having outer frame of MS flat 30x3mm and reinforcement consisting of 6mm dia MS round bar both way at the spacing of 8 to 10 cm C/C as required to adjust the spacing welded with outer frame & binding wire in middle with two layers of G.I. wire mesh 12mm shape of 24 gauge including proper quantities of concrete additional admixture like plasticizer , bond improving compound etc. manufacture with vibro pressing system,20 % covers shall have lifting hooks of 10 mm dia plain round bar to be fixed as directed . MS flat/hooks exposed shall be painted with two coats of superior quality corrosion resistant paint. The above covers shall to take for live load of 2000 Kg/sqm and minimum ultimate load of 3000 Kg/sqm under deflection not exceeding L/25 .

labour charges for collection of existing spreaded 20-63 mm nominal size hand /crusher broken stone aggregate of any thickness from substation yard by manual / mechanical means as permitted by the engineer in charge with due care as per safety norms of substation. this aggregate should be screened and stacked peoperly then this screened aggregate shall be laid in 100 mm thick layer in yard as dircd with due care with all lead lift ( payment shall be done as per stack measuremnt after deduction of voids as per norms.

Labour charges or spreading of avai;able 20 to 63 mm nominal size hand / crusher broken stone aggregate in uniform layer of 100 mm thickness in yard of any substation (charged /uncharged GSS ) with manual / mechanical means as permitted by engineer incharge with due care as per safety norms of substation complete in all respect with all lead and lift ( pay,emt shall be done as per stack measurement after ded of voids as per norms ) (RVPNL/CE/CIVIL/F./JPR/D. 193 DATED 26.04.2021)
