PART V : HVAC WORKS
VRV/F System
VRV/F Outdoor Units Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of air cooled VRV/F outdoor units working on R-410 A/CFC Free refrigerant. The system shall be suitable to operate on 3 phase, 380-415 V, 50 Hz AC supply and shall comprise of all inverter based scroll compressors, conforming to the technical specification. The outdoor units of VRV/F system should be compatible with RoHS Directive. It should be compatible with all type of indoor units like cassettee units, Hi-wall units, False ceiling mounted units, TFA units, floor mounted units etc. The outdoor units should consist of VRV/F combination as per manufacturer std. air cooled condenser with each unit comprising 2 or 3nos High COP Compressors of which all should be a Variable Speed Scroll compressor, condenser fans which have high external static Pressure of upto 78.4Pa with fan grill, fan motor & controls.
The Outdoor units should also include microprocessor control panel, internal control and power wiring, internal interconnecting refrigerant pipes, charging ports, system required standard refrigerant charge, high efficiency heat exchange coil, oil seperator, accumulator and all other required accessories, hardwares shall be enclosed in a single enclosure(s). The entire unit shall have weather resistant powder coating paint for withstanding all ambeint conditions for continous operation and the units shall operate at lower noise levels of approx. 70 dB(A). It shall have ease of maintenance by incorporating Automatic Test Function, Memory Function for operational data and centrally controlled as per cooling zones. The system shall be compatible for microprocessor control by being connected with a separate corded central controller for each cooling zone or set of indoor units for informations and controls such as a) operating condition of indoor units, b) zone control, c) Malfunction code display, d) Airflow volume & direction control, e) Ventillation volume & mode control.It shall be further connectable with unified ON/OFF Controller, Schedule Timer and BMS System. This shall include all hardware and necessary inbuilt softwares complete in all respects as per the drawings
Note : 1) The VRV/F shall have incoming power MCCBs/MCBs as per VRV/F unit control panels specifications. 2) The individual PCB should be microprocessor based as compatible for operation from remote controls with all hardwares, software and accessories complete in all respects. 3) Outdoor units shall be with anti-corrosion treatment and all nuts, bolts, fastners etc. shall be hot dip galvanizesd steel. 4) Testing, commissioning of VRV/F systems shall be included by the bidder in the scope of the work. All the consumables including refrigerant and oil for the proposed VRV/F system shall be under the scope of the bidder. The topping shall be done for any leakage during testing & commissioning of refrigerant (R-410 A/CFC free). 5) The ODUs shall be placed on supports as shown in the drawings and no separate payment shall be made for the same.
50 HP (Comprising of Two 16 HP and One 18 HP ODUs) Note: This item includes provision of a Weather proof hood fabricated of 5 mm. thick UV stabilised FRP sheet with M.S frame support made of M.S Angle of 60 mm x 60 mm x 8 mm, above each VRV ODU to protect it from weather & the provision of RCC support as shown in the drawings and no extra payment shall be made for the same. All works shall be as tender documents as well as the instructions of the Engineer In Charge.
Cassette Type (Round Flow) Indoor units : Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following air cooled VRF/VRV type all directional round flow DX split ceiling mounted cassette type indoor air conditioning unit of following capacity for mounting inside false ceiling confirming to the technical specification of VRF/VRV system and compatible with above Outdoor units. It should comprise of cooling coil, blower with multi speed motor, electronic expansion valve, supply & return air grilles, filters, insulated connection of refrigerant circuit, condensate water drain pump with electronic level sensor including cordless remote controllers & installation from ceiling with all required supports, anchor fastners hardwares, interconnecting refrigerant copper piping, support etc. All as per technical specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
Refrigerant piping Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the insulated refrigerant piping between outdoor unit to indoor units as per the manufacturer standard. The insulation shall be of 19 mm/25 mm (depending on pipe size) thick Nitrile rubber class O through out the running length of suction refrigerant piping. The piping shall be laid in shaft, walls/roof/ceiling well supported at specific intervals with wooden batten / mettallic supports and screwed with anchor fasteners for the following sizes of refrigernat piping. The piping laid in open to sun light is to be provided with anti-sun rays coating and the pipes are to be covered with 22 SWG GI ducting suitably and with easy removal facility. All refrigerant pipng shall be covered with 26 G Aluminum cladding. All the refrigerant pipelines in terrace shall be installed on MS hot dip galvanized Tray.

Refrigerant pipe of size 6.4 mm NB: 1.) The sizes of pipes shown in the drawing (for both VRV system as well as air cooled condenser system) are tentative only, the sizing calculation & drawing of refrigerant pipes shall be submitted by the agency which shall be duly certified by OEM prior to taking up the execution. (Payment for insulated copper pipes between air cooled condensing units and AHUs shall be made under this item). 2.) The rate of this item also includes provision of M.S Hot Dip Galvanized tray, 26 G Aluminium cladding and 22 SWG GI ducting covers for all the insulated refrigerant pipes(VRV/F, Condensing Units, AHUs and Split AC Units) installed in the terrace along with M.S Angle tray supports fabricated out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm Thk angles as instructed by EIC and no extra payment shall be made for the same.
Refrigerant joints Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of refrigerant joints from VRV/F manufacturers for VRV/F system as per specifications and instruction of EIC. It should have minimum three connections (one inlet and two outlets). Each refrigerant joints sets should form combinedly of suction and discharge line i.e. two nos. of refrigerant joints per set.
uPVC Drain Piping for Indoor units Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of drain piping consisting of Sch. 40 uPVC pipes (pressure rating - 10kg/sq.cm) and insulated with 13 mm Thk. tubular nitrile rubber insulation of following sizes insulated with 9mm nitrile rubber of class O with necessary accessories and adequate supports as per drawings and specifications.
Communication cables Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of stranded copper 2C x 1.5 sq.mm screened sheilded communication cabling to have interface between outdoor units / controller to individual indoor units, including clamping and supporting as per standard specifications.
PVC Conduit Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of PVC Conduit of 100 mm x 50 mm for the purpose of housing insulated copper piping and control as well as communication cables between ODUs and IDUs, as per drawings and as instructed by Engineer In Charge.
Central Remote controllers Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of central remote controller as per specification corded controller for each coolig zone / floor to perform the following for Indoor units on each floor; A) Temperature of air in the room / area served by indoor units. B) Indication of no. of indoor and outdoor units working. C) ON/OFF condition of indoor units. D)Malfunction code display. E) Airflow volume & direction control. F) Ventillation volume & mode control. Provision of necessary UPS and cabling, etc, if any shall be included in the scope of the item.
Airhandling Unit and Condensing Unit System
Air Handling Units Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Horizontal floor mounted double skinned AHU with minimum 4 row DX Cooling coil and of sectionalized construction comprising of Mixing Box, Coil Section, Fan Section and discharge air section and Electric Strip Heater bank /Single Heater having 18 KW of heating capacity. The AHU shall also comprise of refrigerant connection circuits, drift eliminators, SS condensate water drain pan made of 1.2 mm thk SS sheet, Face and Bypass Dampers, damper actuators, return air temperature sensor etc. The AHU shall be assembled with pre air filters, centrifugal blower fans with energy efficient IE-3
drive motors etc. all including outdoor cabling, earthing, control wiring, interlocking with power units. The double skinned Sandwich insulated panels shall be with extruded aluminium structural frame work with Thermal break Profile with casted polyamide / aluminium corner / intermediate connecting pieces. The Panels shall be filled with Min. 43 mm PUF insulation. The Panel Outer Skin shall be 0.8 MM Thick GSS sheet with scratch free pre-coated / powder coated sheet and inner Sheet shall be Plain GSS sheet of 0.8 MM Thick. The Blower shall be made of powder coated, backward curved, aerofoil type impeller. The Blower & motor shall be provided with Anti-vibration mountings along with the suitable foundation frames. The AHU shall be included with Air tight service doors to AHU's & plenum sections. Metallic flexible folded bellow connection shall be provided on the discharge side. All the equipment required to put the AHU into operation shall be included with this item and no extra payment will be made for the same. All shall be as per tender specifications, drawings and as instructed by the Engineer In Charge.
13200 CFM @ 50 mm St.Pr and 33 TR Cooling Capacity
Air Cooled Condensing Units Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of air cooled condensing units of the following capacity along with all the necessary thermostat, expansion valves, fittings, accessories and as per tender specifications.
33.0 TR Note: 1.) This item includes provision of a Weather proof hood fabricated of 5 mm. thick UV stabilised FRP sheet with M.S frame support made of M.S Angle of 60 mm x 60 mm x 8 mm, above each Air Condensing unit to protect it from weather & the provision of RCC support as shown in the drawings and no extra payment shall be made for the same. GI Ducting Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of GI ducting of following sizes for supply from AHU and Kitchen Ventilation ducts complete with turning vanes, access doors, supports etc. as per drawing and specifications.

Insulation
Thermal Insulation Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 mmclosed cell nitrile rubber thermal insulation with black glass cloth and of class O for AHU's G.I ducting as per specification. The ducts shall be pre cleaned before applying a thin film of manufacturers recommended adhesive. All joints shall be air tight and sealed with aluminmum tape.
Acoustic Insulation Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of 15mm thick acoustic open cell nitrile rubber insulation for supply ducts upto 3 meters from AHU, all as per specifications and instructions of Engineer In Charge.
M.S Drain Pipe and G.M Gate Valve
Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Medium Class M.S drain piping of 50 NB and insulated with tubular 9 mm nitrile rubber of class O with necessary accessories and adequate supports as per drawings and specifications.
G.M Gate Valve Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy pattern screw down Gun Metal Gate Valves of 25 NB confirming to Class 2 of IS : 778 with hand wheels at top including testing for a pressure of 16 kg/sq.cm. for two hours, all as per specification, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Volume Control Dampers Supply, installation, testing and commiossioning of opposed blade type multilouvered volume control dampers with body frame fabricated out of extruded Al section and blades fabricated out of aerofoil Al section. Gear or Linkage mechanism shall be provided for blade operation. The size of various dampers shall be as per ducting drawings and site requirements. The size of discharge dampers of air handling units shall also be as per AHU room drawings and cost of these dampers shall be paid under this item. It shall be complete in all respects as per the technical specifications, drawings and as instructed by Enginer In Charge.
Fire Dampers Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Motorised Fire Dampers in supply and return air ducts along with suitable actuator and control panel. In case of fire the damper acutator shall close and it’s position indicator shall indicate the position of the damper whether it is open or closed. The damper shall also be provided with feature that allows it to be opened and closed manually.

Air Supply and Exhaust Diffusers Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Powder Coated Extruded Aluminium diffusers with volume control dampers, mounting frame, fitting arrangements and accessories as required. It shall be complete in all respects as per technical specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer In Charge.
FRESH AIR LOUVERS Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Aluminium powder coated rain protection louver damper of required size facricated out of min. 22 SWG Al Sheet for blades and min. 20 SWG AI Sheet for the frame along with bird screen for fresh air.
Dummy Diffusers Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Powder Coated Extruded Aluminium dummy diffusers in the false ceiling. It shall be complete in all respects as per tender drawings and as instructed by Engineer In Charge.
KITCHEN VENTILATION
SUPPLY & EXHAUST BLOWERS Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of SISW centrifugal blowers of capacity 10000 CFM at 30 mm static pressure along with SS bird screen, flexible metallic canvas connections, drive arrangement including required foundations and all accessories, high efficiency TEFC Motor & Starter, control wiring, power cable terminations etc. as per drawings, technical specifications & instructions of Engineer-in-charge.
KITCHEN HOOD SITC of SS Kitchen hood made out of 18 SWG sheet along with grease filters and oil drain facility with adequate supports from the slab and/or from the floor, having air flow capacity of 10000 cfm, complete in all respects as per Clause 8.0 of Section 2 of technical specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. NB: 1) The cost of grease filters along with drain arrangement shall be included under this item and no extra payment shall be made. 2) However, the cost of supporting arrangement shall be paid under Item of (M.S. Structure) of PART C 'Split Ac System & Air Curtains' of this document.
FILTER BANK Fabrication and supply of M.S filter bank along with 4 Ply HDPE Pre-filters (6 Nos.) of size 610 mm x 610 mm x 305 mm, filter frame fabricated out of MS Angle/Channel/I-Section for housing Pre-filters. The filter bank casing shall be fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S Sheet as per Clause no. 8.0 of section 2 of technical specifications, drawing and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
TOILET AND WASHROOM VENTILATION
Exhaust System for Ladies & Gents Toilets :- Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Inline Exhaust Fans of capacity 2500 CFM at 35 mm static pressure along with SS bird screen, flexible metallic canvas connections, drive arrangement including required foundations and all accessories, high efficiency TEFC Motor & Starter, control wiring, power cable terminations etc. as per drawings, technical specifications & instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

GI Sleeves Supply, fabrication installation and comissioning of GI pipe sleeves of following sizes for refrigerant pipes, condensate drain pipes wherever they pass through the walls as per drawing and instruction of Engineer In Charge.
PART - B : Electrical works
LT PANEL Supply, installation,testing & commissioning of Electrical panel, powder coated floor mounting,front operated acess cubicle type, totally enclosed, with IP-42 protection with hinged and back acess doors. It shall be fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheets including interconnections, tinned copper crimping lugs, bonding to earth, suitable for use at 415 V, 3 phase 50 Hz system and suitable for a fault level of 35 KA symmetrical at 415 V complete as per specification, instruction & approval of E-I-C as below : All switch boards shall have provision for entry of cables from the top/bottom as required as per site conditions. All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The bus bars insulation shall be with heat shrinkable sleeves. SMC/DMC shrouds and busbar supports shall be used.
j) G.A. & detailed fabrication drawing and short circuit forces and temp rise calculation for panel shall be submitted for dept's approval. k) Bimetallic washers shall be used for all aluminium to copper joints & it shall be of approved make & quality. l) Indication lamps shall be heavy duty cluster type LED. m) All Outgoing feeders shall have 'ON' & 'OFF" indication lamps. n) All neutrals shall be isolatable type. o) Power cabling between motor and starter shall be measured separately. However, any other control / power wiring / cabling, if required for automation etc shall be in the scope of this item. p) All the MCCB shall be with overload and short circuit thermal magnetic release. q) The cable entry shall be from the top/bottom as per approved GA/GTP drawing and EIC instruction r)The panel shall be installed on the ISMB100mm support on the trench and necessary MS support structure shall be included in the panel scope
READYMADE DISTRIBUTION BOARDS Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following readymade distribution boards, double door, IP 42 degree protection complete with necessary, MCBs,Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) etc including interconnections with appropriate capacity size of FRLS insulated copper conductor wires (ISI marked),suitable for concealed mounting /wall mounting with MS frame work of 40 x 40 x 5 mm MS angle iron, with M.S. enclosure fabricated out M.S. CRCA sheet as per manufacturers standard. With concealed hinged door, locking arrangement etc. including earthing clamps for both incoming & outgoing circuits, interconnections, per phase isolation kit as required,cable end box & wire way box if required, continuous copper earth wire in the wire way box with single/duplicate brass earthing terminals, danger board, name plate, flexible earthing for the door, metal treatment & powder coated, Phase Distribution drawing etc. all as per drawings (G.A. & fabrication drawing to be got approved), etc. relevant IS & instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
Notes:(1) MCBs (Type –C/D) shall be minimum 10 kA breaking capacity, as specified. (2) Blanking Plates shall be included in scope of work. (3). DB shall be of standard readymade type as per catalouge No. from approved manufacturers as indicated in preferred makes of material.
Lighting DB: a) 40 A FP MCB - 1 No. b) 6 A -32 A SP MCB -- 12 nos c) 40 A,2 pole RCCB with 30mA sensitivity- 3Nos. d) 16 way brass neutral link -- 4 Sets.
LT CABLES Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade Cu armoured cable for Outdoor units on Wall/Cable tray XLPE insulated, extruded PVC inner sheath, extruded PVC outer sheath with FRLS and antirodent termite repellent properties, GI strip / wire armoured, power cable confirming to IS 7098 part-1 with upto date amendments, fixed on cable tray (measured as separate item) all fixing accessories, etc. complete with painting of M.S spacers/angles and saddles all as per enclosed detailed specifications, drawings & as per instructions of the E-I-C. The space between two supports shall be 600 mm. approximately.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/ removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation and plinth at all locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/ RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, where plastering to be done, including all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineerin charge. Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.

Brick masonry work in foundation, plinth, cable pits, trenches, steps etc. using well burnt bricks from approved lot, of class designation 7.5 (classification as per IS1077-1992 and min. average compression strength not less than 7.5 N/mm2 ) in cement mortar 1: 6 to correct line, leveland plumb including raking outjoints/simultaneous flush pointing with cement mortar 1:4, curing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge. Notes for Brick masonry work: i) One brick wall thickness shall be considered as 250 mm and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimension by the contractor in cement mortar 1:4 to proper line, level & plumb without any extra cost to the department. ii) The rate shall include cost of making the brick masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department. iii) The contractor shall get approved the samples of bricks from the Engineer-In- Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. iv) Necessary Openings/ nitches/ cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-In-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.
Cement plaster using READY MIX Plaster (RMP) of approved manufacturer in single/ double coat over concrete/ masonry surfaces in CM 1:4 of thickness mentioned below at lift pit/ trenches and all locations to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., finished smooth with neat cement finish, including preparing the surface, scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
25 mm thick smooth finish in two coats on concrete surfaces (internal trench/pit) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm thick at plinth level in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10mm. maximum size and down graded stone aggregate, mixed with approved water proofing compound at 2% by weight of cement laid to levels, slopes etc. including applying a coat of hot bitumen of grade 80/100 at 17 kg./10 sq.m. including cost of form work, curing all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying patent box type cement based water proofing treatment of approved agency for basement raft, vertical walls, lift well & trenches etc. at all levels & locations as per specification of the water proofing agency including cleaning of surfaces, curing and testing the basement raft/ pit for water tightness, rectification of defects if any, etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing 50 mm to 70mm thick waterproofing treatment on horizontal surfaces for base/ floor consisting of i) Ist layer shahabad stone of approx. size 600 x 600 x 20mm thick of approved quality rough stone slab over a 25mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion. Joints shall be sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in proportions recommended by the manufacturer. ii) 2nd layer of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10mm to 12mm nominal size spreading @ 8cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.

Providing & laying at all floors & locations Vitrified tile double charge/ multi charge/ Ultra charge/GVT (Glossy/ Matt/ Satin/Stonex finish) from approved manufacturers conforming to IS 15622 in flooring/ skirting/ dado/ cladding at all floors and location, heights/ levels and lead in approved pattern and colour laid over Ready Mix Mortar bedding/ backing, including cleaning and preparing the surface for bedding, spreading the neat cement slurry, close jointed and grouted with matching coloured ready made cement grout and approved pigment as per manufacturer's specifications, finished to level, line, slope and plumb, cutting of tiles, wastage, making openings/ cut out if neccesary, final cleaning of surfaces, curing etc. all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:-The sizes of tiles mentioned are approximate and subject to the availability in market during execution. If the required size is not available the next higher size of tiles shall be used without any extra cost to the Department. The tenderer may note the same and quote accordingly).
In flooring using tile of size 600 x 600 / 800 x 800mm/ 1200 x 1200mm laid over 20mm thick Ready Mix Mortar 1:4 bedding and spreading neat cement slurry by using minimum cement about 2kg/sqm prior to bedding and spreading cement paste using minimum cement of about 4.50kg/sqm over bedding, including 3 mm thick and 8mm deep grout line using PVC spacers for creating true alignment and gap between vitrified tile & the 3mm spacer joints filled with approved epoxy tile grout including providing and laying Durafloor protector XF 3mm thick sheet of M/s. Supreme industries/ equivalent over the whole vitrified tile cleaning the same before handing over without damaging the finished surface & making good if damaged, if any. Providing & fixing fire rated door frame & shutter system at all floors & locations using system of approved manufaturer or approved equivalent, the non-metallic wooden door frame & shutter system having 120 minute (2 hr) fire rating, asbestos free, fully insulated composite fire resistant conforming to BS:476, part 20-22, integrity, insulation and stability (3 criteria: fully insulated) as per IS:3614 Part 2, as per prototype tested & certified by Fire Research Laboratory, like CBRI Roorkee, IPIRTI, Bangalore, with standard heating conditions as specified in IS:3809-1979 and BS:476 (Part 20 - 22)-1987 to achieve the required integrity & insulation (i.e. to restrict the heat radiation, temperature rise on the non fire side to the maximum of 140 degree centigrade above the ambient temperature on the unexpoed surface of the shutter)
(a) Door Frame-The fire rated, non-metallic engineered wooden door frame of section 150 mm X 75 mm with 2 Nos of intumescent strip (imported) on all three members to take care of hot smoke. the size of the intumescent strips shall be 10 mm X 2 mm, concealed in the groove of the frame. Installation of the frame to be done with specially designed door anchoring systems so that there are no holes in the frames. The anchoring system shall have 3 anchoring points on each side of the frame that shall secure the frames in the floor as well as on the wall. The frame anchoring system shall be secures with 4 anchor fastaners on each side (2 per set) for any type of wall except brick walls, In case of brick work, M.S coach screw 100mm long or of equivalent size shall be used. The entire anchoring system should be concealed between the frame and the wall.
Architraves : Telescopic type architrave to take care of 10mm variation in the wall width to be provided. This should be manufactured from Marine grade calibrated ply as per IS 710. Foam: All gaps between the wall and the frame should be filled with imported Fire retardant PU foam of Brand Multifoam or equivalent. The entire set shall be decorated with approved shade of 1.00mm thick decorative fire retardant laminate sheet of approved colour, pattern & shade fixed on both sides etc. with approved adhesive machine pressed for all surfaces including edges including cost of all materials, adhesives, labours, wastages if any.
(b) Door Shutter-The fire rated, non-metallic wooden door shutter (single / double leaf) of not less than 55 mm thick made out of wooden perimeter railing (stiles & Rails). The hollow section in the perimeter railling should be fillied with high density ceramic wool. this assembly to be layered with MGO board of thickness 8 to 10mm on both sides further supported with Marine grade calibrated ply as per IS 710 on both sides. Smoke intumescent seal of size 20 mm X 4 mm with casing to be mounted in the grooves in the shutter on all sides except bottom with wooden beading on all side. Including providing and fixing 1.0 mm thick decorative HPL (High Pressure Laminate) or decorative ply based veneer sheet of approved colour, pattern & shade fixed on both sides etc. with approved adhesive; machine pressed for all surfaces including edges including cost of all materials, adhesives, labours, wastages if any.
Hinges: Minimum 4 Nos of Fire Retardant hinges shall be supplied with the Shutter to be supplied by manufacturer without any extra cost to the department as per the fire norms and as approved. Slotting: The shutter shall be prepared for installation of any type of hardware at the factory. Vision Panel: If any shall be fire rated 6mm glass of Scott Pyran or equivlent thouroughly held on both sides. The minimum width of the glass has to be 200mm and Maximum length can be 1000mm.
(c) Installation & Certification-The installation of door frame & shutter system shall be from approved licensed agency of Mumbai Fire Department and Form-A for installation of fire door frame & shutter system to be submiited by agency and Fire Resistant certification as required by CFO/ MCGM shall be furnished by Manufacturer of Fire rated door frame & shutter system including Form "A", etc all complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- The outer to outer length & width of frame only will be measured for calcualtion of area of payment)

PART -I-I : WATERPROOFING TREATMENT Please refer Additional Notes.
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of the agency approved by department, including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, terraces etc mixing with waterproofing compound as per IS : 2645 :2003, with average thickness of 115mm and minimum thickness at drain point as 65 mm. Following works are included in above item. a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. Of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/ brick bats 25mm to 100mm size with 50% of Readymix mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound over 20 mm thick layer of Ready mix mortar of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.
c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary waterproofing compound. d) Finishing the surfaces with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar using readymix C.M 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry & making pattern of 300x300mm square 3mm deep or suitable to receive the China Mosaic waterproofing treatment wherever specified. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in Charge.
Extra for additional thickness of brick bat coba using ready mix mortar over and above standard average thickness of 115 mm. for effective slope wherever required.
Filling in bath, W/C, toilet, depressed areas with water proofing brick bat coba of the agency approved by the Dept. at all floors and locations up to the required level and making the surface finished suitable to receive floor finish etc. all complete as per drawings and water proofing agency's specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portions of W.C., Kitchen and the like consisting of : i) 1st course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4. Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing compound `Impermo' of Snowcem or equivalent conforming to IS 2645 in recommended proportions. ii) IInd course of cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) using Ready Mix Mortar mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions, 20mm thick up to finished floor level and 15mm thick above finished floor level up to 600mm. iii) IIIrd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 Kg per sqm of area. iv) IV th course of 200 micron thick PVC sheet (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/sqm.)
Providing cement based water proofing treatment by 'Injection & Surface' method of the agency approved by the dept. cement based water proofing treatment of 50 mm. and 20mm. thick for the floor and walls respectively at terrace water tanks, finished perfectly smooth to correct line, level and plumb including preparing the existing surfaces, necessary scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per waterproofing agency's specifications and testing water tank for the water tightness and rectification of defects, if any, to render the outer surface bone dry etc. complete as per specifications, drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing waterproof readymix mortar 1:3 mixed with non shrink properties of M/s Fosroc / Krishna Chemical or equivalent @ 10kg/bag of cement including racking out of the joints 25 mm wide x 25mm depth, cleaning, mixing the mortar in appropriate ratio, filling in the 25 wide x 25 mm depth racked out joints of RCC, brick work, also extending the mortar projection with about 50 mm wide, 10 to 12mm thick over the joints, curing, single/ double scaffolding wherever required etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- charge. Note:- The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Section 10 (iii) of Conditions and Clauses of Contract - 2008 for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treated area in bone dry condition for 10 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages/ defects.The contractor shall get written approval from the Engineer in Charge for the water proofing agency engaged and shall submit the specification of the waterproofing before commencement of work.
Providing China Mosaic water proofing over concrete/plastered surface of horizontal, vertical, sloped/ curved surfaces, rounded vatas, sharp corners, junctions etc., using broken pieces of approved colour ceramic tile laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 screed mixed with approved waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, cost of all materials, labour, curing, breaking the tiles to the pieces of required size and shape, laying / fixing the tile pieces to the required line, slope, levels etc., providing extra screed as required for quick & easy flow of water, curing etc., at all heights including necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface initially with saw dust and finally with acid all asper specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

PART I- J : PLASTERING WORK Note: a) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. b) Whenever the electrical contractor/ agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. c) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. d) No extra claim/cement consumption shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams. e) Only Ready mix Mortar of approved make shall be used. For richer proportion additional cement to be added in required proportion.
Cement plaster using READY MIX MORTAR (RMM) of approved manufacturer (Roofit Mix, Wallplast, Readiplast, Silcoplast) in single/ double coat as specified over Concrete surfaces in thickness as mentioned, in C.M 1:4 or richer by proportionally increasing cement content as required, over plane or curved surfaces at all level including rounding of surfaces wherever required, prepare the surfaces even and smooth in correct line, level, plane and plumb including scaffolding, chemical curing etc. complete as per specification drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Ltd.or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of Cement : Sand as 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary and making nosing / dripmould in plaster wherever required, at all floors, levels, all heights and locations including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing/ chemical curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and applying 1.5 mm thick cement based wall care putty in two coats of approved manufacturers at all floors and locations, over plastered surfaces finished smooth to correct line, level, plane, plumb etc., including preparing the surfaces, scaffolding smoothen the putty surfaces with very fine water proof emery paper to get a glossy finish etc. complete as per specifications, as per manufacturers specifications, drawing & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of acrylic premium (plastic) emulsion paint of approved colour and make over a coat of approved cement/ Acrylic primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required, scaffolding and cleaning etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces with two coats of exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint of approved manufacturer and of approved colour and shade over a coat of acrylic based water repellent primer of approved make and shade as mentioned below all as per manufacturer's recommendations and as per the approved sample and pattern including providing necessary scaffolding, cleaning the surface with water to remove all coating, dust, filling up cracks & crevices with approved putty, curing the surface etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge. a) Over sand faced plaster and jalli Note:- Both sides of the jalli shall be measured for payment.
Providing and applying synthetic plaster finish paint of approved manufacturer & approved pattern over plastered surface by applying one coat of synthetic plaster of thickness as per manufacturer’s specification by trowel/spray and as per approved design (Scratch / Pearl) including finishing the sharp edges at corners, nitches, etc to perfect line, level, plumb and applying two coats finish of approved premium exterior emulsion paint (with PU and silicon technology) as per manufacturer’s recommendations and specification, of approved colour and shade, including all labour, materials, scaffolding, double height staging if required and surface preparation, in plane/curved/any geometric shaped surface, at all heights, leads, lifts and location as specified in the drawing all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : Finished surface area shall be measured for payment

PART I-L : MISCELLANEOUS WORKS Note: One sample of each item should be submitted for preliminary inspection and approval before procurement/ manufacturing on large scale. Galvanized Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists, bars, tubes, SHS, RHS and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for Gates, structural steel floors, frameworks, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, bending to shape (Curve and as approved design / any shape as per drawing) hoisting/ erecting, wastages, fixing in position, scaffolding, bracing, providing and fixing in position with necessary Masonry / RRM / RCC fasteners, making holes/ chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete/ brick work/ RRM with necessary heavy duty holdfasts/ screws/ J-Bolts & rawl plugs and finishing the concrete/ brick work/ RRM after fixing/ embedding including getting hot dip galvanizing treatment of application of zinc coating of 460gsm (both side inclusive) as per IS:277 to all MS work in approved galvanizing plant etc. and applying two coats of approved metallic shade and colour of synthetic enamel paint over a two coats of a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Supplying and fixing in position various dia GI pipe for sleeves, railing, ladder in PH shafts and at terrace for over head water tank, using 'B' class (medium duty) GI pipes of any diameter as per requirement and as per drawing for verticals and steps/ Railing/ spout/ sleeves etc. including cutting, bending, welded properly in line and level to the verticals, providing necessary bracings, hold fasts etc. at all levels and anchoring the ladder/ railing with necessary brackets fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4, finishing including painting all exposed surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour over a coat of approved primer etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Supplying, applying and placing swellable type water stop tape of size 19mm x 25mm thick of expansive nature for construction joints of RCC walls of water tank including cleaning the construction joints of loose mortar and dust, applying primer @ as per manufacturer specification, unroll the water bar slowly and carefully on the joint without pulling and stretching it too much after the primer dries a little and became sticky and tying with the reinforcement bars as directed all complete as per manufacturer's specification.
Providing & fixing in position anodised Aluminium flats/ angles/ tees/ plates (upto 400mm wide & 6mm/8mm/10mm thick sheets)/ foils etc. of required size to cover the expansion joint in walls, floors, ceilings and columns etc. including drilling holes, chasing the surface wherever required, fixing with wooden gutties, rawl plugs and C.P brass screws, making oval shaped slot in aluminium on one side, fixing stainless steel washers, making good the concrete/ masonry surface, scaffolding etc. complete as per drawing, specification and as per instructions of Engineer in charge.
Providing and applying polysulphide sealing compound of size upto 150mm x 15mm of approved make for the edges of expansion board at all lead and lifts, horizontal, vertical, curve position including scaffolding, labour, wastage etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing and fixing 125mm thick Duraboard HD 100 filler board of M/s. Supreme Industries Ltd. for expansion joint at all floors and locations in RCC columns, beams, slab, brackets etc. including cutting, laying in position in line, level and plumb etc., as per manufacturers specifications including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing copper metal cradle of suitable width [approximate 450mm] for expansion/ separation joint at floor level, bent to shape, cutting, screwing, over lapping, etc. filled up with Bitumen filler including placing 20mm thick Kotah stone/18mm granite stone, laid over a coat of Hot Bitumen for entire length along the joint, to match the floor finish, fixing aluminium flats/ angles/ sheets (to be paid under relevant items) at bottom to cover the joint, cut to required size and shape etc. including cutting, positioning, supporting, wastages, filling with approved polysulphide, sealing compound, chipping the old concrete surface etc. including all tools and plants at all levels & location, all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. All the doors will be routed at the vertical ends and the rubber sponge lining will be incorporated at the routed ends.
PILASTERS: All pilasters will be made of 18 mm thick Merino HPL compact panel. The pilasters are affixed to the mild steel rectangular plates (250 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm) and the plates are, in turn, fixed with the top rail. The assembled parts will be concealed by the stainless steel made box-up fixture. The pilasters will be routed at their vertical ends to facilitate proper closure of doors. The visible height from finished floor level to false ceiling is 2400 mm, including a floor clearance of 100 mm. DIVIDERS: All intermediate partitions or dividers will be made of 12/18 mm thick Merino HPL compact laminate panels. Section-IX: Fire Alarm System Design,supply,installation,testing & commissioning of Analogue addressable microprocessor controlled fire alarm system as per relevant Indian Standard specifications and conforming with relevant specifications of fire authorities of local Municipal Corporation, and as directed by E-I-C . Fire alarm system shall be capable of being IP networked to the central monitoring System connecting through optical Fiber cable network to monitor and integrate above quantity of accessories like detectors, MCP's/ loop power sounder/control modules, Fault Isolation Modules, Loop powered hooters, response indicators, fire/fault indicators, audio-visual signals, central processing units, complete with LED visual indicators, alpha-numeric display and audible alarm both for fire & fault, mains ON indication, test & reset provisions. Each loop should provided with minimum 125 detectors /devices. The panel shall include integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells (max24 V) with appropriate AH capacity, as per IS requirement with integral battery charger, wire way box , if required , front openable lockable cover with front glass etc. complete as required and as per specification & instructions of EIC.
Note: If charger & battery-capacities provided in redymade panel are not meeting operation requirement as per IS 2189 then charger & batteries shall be provided separately including wiring at no extra cost. PART A - MECHANICAL WORKS
Terrace Fire Pump: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Horizontal Centrifugal Pumpset, factory assembled & tested for rated capacity. The pump shall have C.I casing, Stainless Steel Shaft, Standard Fittings, Bronze/SS Impeller and factory fitted with manufacturer's recommended Jaw Type Coupling along with coupling guard. Motor shall be IE-3, TEFC, Squirrel Cage Induction type suitably rated, with synchronous speed not exceeding 3000 rpm, it’s electrical insulation shall be of Class-F and ingress protection rating shall be IP-55 and motor shall operate at 415 v +/- 10%, 50 Hz +/- 3%, 3 phase AC supply. The Pumpset shall be with MS common base frame and the pumpset along with the common base frame shall be of red colour only. The pumpset shall be installed on a suitable reinforced cement concrete foundation, which shall be as per the Pump Manufacturer’s drawing.
Along with SITC of pumpset, scope and the rate of this item also includes construction of the RCC foundation, provision of readymade G.I Foundation J-Bolts with G.I nuts (2 Nos. of G.I nuts per Foundation J- Bolt shall be provided), rubber anti vibration pads (all as per Manufacturer's recommendations, specifications & drawings), construction of weather proof hood fabricated of 5 mm. thick UV stabilised FRP sheet with M.S frame support fabricated using M.S Angle of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm Thk., above each pumpset to protect it from weather. All works shall be as tender documents and as instructed by Engineer In Charge.

Hose Cabinet: Supply, installation & commissioning of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet metal hose cabinet of size 750x650x250 mm for accomodating 02 nos. of hose pipes (measured & paid seperately under relevent SOQ item) and SS-304 branch pipe with nozzle. The box shall have front glass door lock with angle iron frame. The hose pipe box shall be fixed with Hilti make Anchor Fastneron the wall or nut bolts (in case of stand in open space) as shown in the drawing and as directed by EIC. The MS box shall be painted with two coats of signal red enamel paint from outside and white enamel paint from inside. The scope also includes supplying of gun metal / stainless steel branch pipe of 63 mm dia. fitted with detachable hexagonal nozzle of 19mm dia. conforming to IS : 903 or universal pattern as per IS : 2871. The branch pipe with detachable nozzle shall be placed in the hose cabinet complete in all respect as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: The Hose Box Key shall have a Keypocket.
Hose Pipe (For Hydrant Landing Valve): Supply and installation of Unlined Flax Canvas (hose pipe) for fire fighting conforming to RRL fire hose type A or Synthetic Fibre Woven-Jacket (SFWJ) Elastomeric fire hose type B conforming to IS:636 all with ISI marks as required and of approved make and of 63 mm dia & 15 mtrs length, fitted with male and female SS coupling confirming to IS:903, ISI marks with guaranteed bursting pressure of 35.7 kg/sq.cm and complete as per the technical specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Each set shall comprise of 2 hose pipes.
Pressure Guages: Supply, installation testing and commisioning of pressure gauges of SS material with dial not less than 150 mm dia of appropriate range and complete in all respects with shut off gauge, cocks, all fittings etc, duly calibrated before installation in MKS and FPS units and duly tested after installation as per drawing and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Air Release Valve: Providing and fixing 20/25/40/50 mm dia (dia shall be as applicable as per relevant IS code) (PN - 1.6, Type-S1, Flanged, ISI marked) air release valve conforming to IS - 14845 : 2000 with Double Flange isolating valve (pressure rating PN 1.6) including making necessary flanged joints and providing all fitting materials nuts, bolts etc. and providing T on the pipeline for its installation at site all as per technical specification, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M.S. Supports / Structure: Supply, cutting, fabrication, welding, erecting & fixing in position of M.S.support/structure (angle, channel, beam, plate, chequered plate etc.) for steps and other purpose (not applicable for items for which supports are already included in the item) including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & shade over a coat of approved steel primer all as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Material shall conform to IS-2062. Note: Wherever M.S Supports shall be provided for Vertical pipes, ready made G.I U - Clamps along with G.I nuts and bolts shall be provided and no extra payment shall be made for the same.
PCC Pedestals: Providing PCC pedestals /thrust /anchor block of required sizes forTerrace Pipes and specials with cement concrete 1:2:4 at required intervals including form work, curing, finishing etc. complete in all respect as per standard specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Fire Extinguisher:
Proividing & fixing of Dry Chemical Powder (ABC) type fire extinguisher of 06 Kg capacity either portable or trolley mounted as per approved make fitted with pressure indicating gauge, internal tube, squeeze lever type valve fully charged with ABC powder (Mono Ammonium Phosphate) pressured by Nitrogen complete in all respects including wall suspension bracket and conforming to IS 15683-2006. The Fire extinguisher shall be supplied and placed without any damage, scratches and loss of accessories as per specifications and as instructed byEngineer-In-Charge.
Providing & fixing of, CO2 type fire extinguisher of 6.5 Kg capacity either portable or trolley mounted, highly effective against B & C class of fire, having ISI certification mark, having flat base including valve, discharge hose & complete in all respects including initial fill with CO2 gas conforming to IS 15683:2006, wall suspension bracket as required & as per instructions of Engineer In Charge. The Fire extinguisher shall be supplied and placed without any damage, scratches and loss of accessories as per specifications and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Fire Bucket Supply and placing of fire sand bucket filled with dry and clean sand to be kept on floor or wall hook confirming to IS 2546. The fire bucket shall be galvanized mild steel of 9 litres capacity. The bucket shall be provided and placed as per instruction of EIC.
Bucket Stand Providing floor mounting stand for keeping 2 Nos. of FIRE buckets of 1000mm in length, 900mm in height, frame made out of 30x30x4 mm M.S.angle, rectangular bottom frame with cross supports for legs, suitable G.I.pipe shall be welded on the top end of of legs with 2 hooks on GI pipe for sand buckets and duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of black paint all complete as per the given drawing, specifications or instruction of Engineer-In-Charge (E.I.C.)

Road Cutting and Resurfacing: Cutting the existing asphalt road and demolishing WBM or BBM including rubble soiling if any for providing services and making good the same after the work is satisfactorily completed, including relaying of soiling doing water bound macadam, bituminous bound macadam road providing and laying 50 mm thick asphaltic layer etc., complete as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Valve Chamber: Construction of brick masonary valve chambers of following sizes comprising of 230 mm thick brick masonry in cement mortar 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick cement concrete of grade M-15 for foundation with 150mm offset all round, including providing and fixing M.S foot rests fabricated using M.S Angle of 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm and each weighing not less than 5 Kg. first step at 450 mm from top of cover, remaining @ 300 mm centre to centre staggered with 380 mm spacing, painting etc. racking out joints & plastering in cement mortar 1:3,20 mm thick both on internal and external surfaces, internal surfaces finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement, providing 100 mm thick RCC slab casted in M.S. angle box frame (Galvanised) of 25 mm x 25 mmx 4 mm size in three equal pieces with reinforcement weighing not less than100 kg/cu.m, fabricated M.S. angle all around & M.S. galvanised flat stiffners including formwork as per drawing etc. complete with lifting hooksat top, providing and fixing C.I. circular surface box weighing not less than14 kg. over the RCC slab for key rod operation, painting all as per specifications and directions of EIC including dewatering the pit, if required till completion of the work.

STATION Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 14 SWG MS CRCA sheet, remote ON/OFF push button enclosure, with ON / OFF indication lamps, IP 42, wall mounting type, powder coated with Singal red color shade complete with internal wiring with 1.5 sq.mm copper PVC FRLS wires etc. Notes: 1) ON - OFF indication lamps shall be heavy duty LED type, 240V, 50 Hz 2) PB station shall be lockable type to prevent unauthorized operation of booster pump. Viewing window shall be provided for monitoring pump operation status
L.T Cables: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, inner sheath PVC tapped, extruded FRLS PVC outer sheath and and antirodent termite repellent properties, GI strip / wire armoured, copper conductor powercable confirming to IS : 1554 part I/IS 7098 part-1 with upto date amendments, fixed on wall/column/slab/false ceiling or in existing hume pipe/trench/ shaft/pit/ on 5mm thick M.S. flat /GI spacer/angle/ support fixed with coach screws/grouted in wall/anchor fasteners 2mm. thick G.I. Fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/angles and saddles all complete as per enclosed detailed specifications, drawings & as per instructions of the E-I-C & of the following sizes. Control Cable: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3Cx2.5 sqmm 1.1 KV grade multicore copper solid / stranded conductor of following sizes, PVC insulated, FRLSPVC outer sheathed armoured cable between various sensors and starter etc. on existing cable tray/surface on 5mm thick M.S. flat /GI spacer/angle/support fixed with coach screws/grouted in wall/anchor fasteners 2mm.thick G.I. Fabricated saddle, all fixing accessories, etc complete including painting of M.S spacers/angles and saddles etc. providing brass cable number tag as per enclosed detailed specifications, drawings & as per instructions of the E-I-C .The scope also includes end connections at both ends with SS glands etc. as required.
CABLE TRAY: 'Supply & fixing of ladder type GI cable trays of following size with vertical sides on both ends and suitable MS supports including concrete bolts, hold fast etc. The scope includes supply of readymade bends, reducers,Tee, covers etc. as required as per instructions of EIC.
