Attending the complaint of AC PLANT ,Walking Cooler , by Refg mechanic /electrician/ technician for non functiong part of compressor , Blower motor , compressor pump , chiller pump , CT fan ,AHU Electric panel and all parts of AC Plant at any location ,any capacity make and model and rectified the same all as directed by EIC. Note : - (i) Complaint Should be attended immediately within one hrs & to be Rectified the same day at the earliest without effecting of service .( II ) Complaint should be attended 24 hrs through phone , ( III ) Complaint should be detail / attended by Specified Electrician / technician / Mechanic knowldge of AC Plant ( IV ) Contractor are provide to all necessary T&P to attending and rectified complaints

M&L for 3 x 15 TR capacity AC plant Descaling of all sets of condensor tubes of central AC plant by disconnecting the condensor from the system, cleaning by descaling pump of suitable capacity of 110 ft head using descaling solution of Make:-MAIC / HIBIRD or Hydrochloric acid 20%, cleaning the system through cooling tower by using descaling solution, cleaning condensor tubes by nylon brushes & mild steel rods of suitable size, renewal of suction water filter as per below AC Plants. (Note:- T&P such as pumps, tube etc & descaling solution etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Carrying out pressure leak testing by nitrogen gas of the system of AC plant for leak proof valve joints, seal & other connected controls etc. including identifying & rectifying of leaks, defects (if any) & maintaining constant pressure of 160 LBS PSI on low side & 200 PSI on high side at least for 24 Hrs of any size and capicity Central AC plant .complete all as specified and directed. :- (Note: The arrangement of T&P & nitrogen gas shall be contractors responsibility).

Cleaning of AHU cooling coil (after Opening front portion of AHU) by applying high air pressure followed by descaling solution Chemical agent & then washing with water pressure using jet pump and reassembling there after complete all as specified and directed by EIC including servicing of AC ducts cleaning etc and setting of grills, louvers and position of proportioning dampers & also minor repair to duct insulation for missing section complete for the following central AC plant :- 3 x 15 TR capacity AC plant

Taking out oil filter of compressor Make :- ACCEL, Model SMC 4 - 65 cleaning the filter by using kerosene or diesel and fixing in its original position with gasket set all as specified and directed.

Taking out oil filter of compressor Make :- Freeze king, FK - 750 cleaning the filter by using kerosene or diesel and fixing in its original position with gasket set all as specified and directed.

Taking out oil filter of compressor Make :- ACCEL, Model SMC 3 - 65 cleaning the filter by using kerosene or diesel and fixing in its original position with gasket set all as specified and directed.

Taking out oil filter of compressor Make :- ACCEL, Model SMC 4 - 100 cleaning the filter by using kerosene or diesel and fixing in its original position with gasket set all as specified and directed.

Taking out the defective hand shut off valve of pressure gauge and supply & fixing new handshut off valve ¼" dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the defective safety valve of compressor Make:- ACCEL, Model - SMC - 4 - 65 and supply & fixing new safety valve complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Taking out the defective condensor safety valve suitable for working pressure of 350 PSI all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable defective finned strip heater and supply and fixing strip heater 3 KW suitable for AC plant including provision of nuts, bolts & washers etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling defective GM gate valve 20 mm dia at drain pipe of cooling tower of AC Plant supply & fixing new GM gate valve 15 mm dia with GI Nipple, bends etc nuts & bolts and necessary electric welding all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and removing defective Finns of FRP type cooling tower and supply and fixing new PVC Finns brick containing eleven layers size of brick 600 x 30 x 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully rotating sprinkler from cooling towers and S&F new rotating sprinkler assembly from comprising of coupling made out of aluminium alloy with one side 50 to100 mm threaded, and other side with fixing arrangement of 04 Nos sprinkler arm distributed four way with one side ball bearing for easy rotation complete including 04 Nos of PVC heavy duty sprinkler arm pipe of 25 mm dia 300 mm long with six holes of 20 mm dia at equal interval complete with one side threaded check nut and other side dead end complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out wire mesh filter from AHUs , cleaning the filter with castic soda and water with pump pressure and reassembling in their position complete all as specified.( Note Ceaning shall be done three times in a season and payment shall be made in once only .)

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 26 Gauge.

Supply and lay M S Pipes of size 50 mm heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes as shown

Supply and lay M S Pipes of size 65 mm heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes as shown

Supply and lay M S Pipes of size 80 mm heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes as shown

Taking out defective / burnt power contractor from electric panel board and S&F in replacement new Power contactor 3 TF 49 (Make :- seimens) with NO & NC contact , of coil Volatge 220 V all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement new Power contactor 3 TF 30 in existing LT panel all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement new Power contactor 3 TF 31 in existing LT panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement power contactor MNX 18, 3 phase in existing LT panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement water flow meter of model HFS-25 having maximum working pressure10 bar and liquid temperature 01 to 100 degree centigrade all as specified.

Taking out defective / burnt power contactor from electric panel board and S&F in replacement new power contactor 3 TS 47. (make :- Seimens) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement auxillary contactor MNX A1, 3 phase in existing LT panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement auxillary contactor MNX A2, 3 phase in existing LT panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement three ways mixing valve switch model No GLB 331.9E of siemence in existing LT panel all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully defective/burnt single phase preventor complete with wiring from LT panel and supply & fixing in replacement in position single preventer complete with wiring all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully defective / burnt power contactor type ML-1.5 from the LT panel board and supply & fixing new in position in replacement power contractor ML-1.5 all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully defective / burnt power contactor type MNX 12 from the LT panel board and supply & fixing new in position in replacement power contractor MNX 12 all as specified and directed.

S&F (in replacement) motor terminal plates complete with nut, bolts and washers etc suitable for 75/10/15/20 HP capacity electric motor all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically unserviceable CT fan motor and Supply installation testing and commissioning of CT fan motor complete with other accessories like fan blades etc. 3 phase, 415 Volts, 7.5 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S& F fresh compressor oil into the plant at different locations in Lucknow Cantt with in a distance of not exceeding 6 Km complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically three phase 440 volt induction motor 20 HP unbolting it and transporting to the contractor workshop opening it to taking out burnt out copper windings, cleaning of stator slots by means of CTC or petrol and rewinding it with suitable size/gauge copper enameled wire including insulating/varnishing material, replacement of damaged ball bearing of suitable size and transporting it to the site and refixing to its original position and making necessary electrical connection and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of monoblock pump of capacity 5 HP from its foundation after unbolting it and servicing/overhauling of pump complete including replacemnt of worn out spares such as ball bearings,gland bush,gland packing,nuts and bolts of gland,greasing and oiling of all moving parts,grinding/turning etc. and reassembling the pump including re-installation to its original position including testing of water leakage all as specified and directed.

Scarpping of old painted surfaces of central type AC plant of any capacity and M&L for spray painting and arrow marking with approved colour after preparing all equipments for smooth surfaces of compressor,condensor,monoblock pumps,compressor motors,motor starter,LT panel boards,water supply/discharge pipe lines,cooling tower,supply and discharge lines,liquid lines,AHUs etc including all connected accessories and marking of refrigerant system,water supply system etc with approved colour and marking of SM/MES nos with black enamelled paint of approved size and marking of incomng/outgoing electrical connection on LT panel board,operator room,glow sign boards of AC plant with approved colour on blue back ground all as directed at site by EIC.

Supply and charging refrigerant gas CFC compatible to R-22 in returnable sealed cylinder all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 13 TR Water cooled condenser suitable for existing plant complete with drier filter to connection between condensor and compressor testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed. ( Note - , Old mtrl will be deposited in mES store yard )

S&F in replacement 13 TR scrolled compressor suitable for existing plant including R-407 refrigerant gas of suitable quantity with testing and commisioning complete all as specified and directed. ( Note - Old mtr shall be deposited in MES store yard )
