Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 02 but except bricks, all as specified. (Servicable bricks retrieved from Serial Item No 01 shall be used).

Taking down cement plaster in any thickness from brick or stone etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured separately under appropriate items

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall surface applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machine incl one coat of primer complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of wall by mechanised sander of Asian paints truecare wall sander or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer in charge and two coats of weather proofing exterior emulsion paint by spray gun/ spray machine incl one coat of primer up to 4 story bldg/boundary wall complete all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decoreated/undecoreated external wall applying two coats of cement base paint by spray gun/ spray machine up to 5 storey bldg/boundary wall complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified & directed

M & L Formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified & directed

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement. complete all as specified and as directed
