Sub Head-I :- Man Power Note: Before Quoting the rate, contractors should ensured that Basic Per Month Rate for Item No. 1 and 2 should not be less than Rs.189589.00 and Rs. 149096.00 per month, respectively, as per current statutory requirement. This is the current minimum saturatory requirement amount for compliance of the labour laws, which is based upon latest minimum wages declared by DC Chandigarh for w.e.f. 1st April'2023 + EPF@13% on Rs.15000 + ESI @3.25% + Bonus @8.33% + GST@18% + 1% labour cess but without contractor profit. Further, Contractors are advised to quote the rate by adding suitable service charges/overhead charges amount over the above mentioned minimum amount , as per their convenience. If the per month rate quoted by the contracror found below the above mentioned rates then the tender will be rejected straight way. Note:- The payment on account of enhancement/ reduction charges on account of revision in wages by DC, Chandigarh Administration or change in current norms of PF/ESI/Bonus, from time to time shall be payable/deduction by the CSIR-CSIO to the contractor.

Deployment of Electrician - 06 Nos. for day to day general repair & maintenance of the Electrical Installation, power distribution system, fitting & fixture, security lights, electrical panels, electrical operation, upkeeping of residential and non-residential buildings area in CSIR-CSIO campus area as and where required.

Charges for rewinding of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep of USHA/ Kessle/ Khaitan/ CG make of different models complete in all respect up to working condition of ceiling fan with buy back of old material like Copper wire etc.

Charges for rewinding of single phase ½ HP rating mono block pump set including repair of pump, shaft, seal bearing etc. and complete in all respect upto running condition of motor as required with buy back of old material like Copper wire etc.

Charges for rewinding of Exhaust fan / Wall fan size 12”-18” (300mm-450mm sweep) complete in all respect up to working condition with buy back of old material like Copper wire etc.

Charges for minor repair/ overheauling/ replacement of bearings including extra material like fledge/ gaskets, nut & bolts etc for 3-phase water booster pumps/motors of rating 3 HP to 5 HP, 415 volts including dismantling and Re-erection of the motor at site any one of make Crompton Greaves/ Kirlosker.

Charges for Rewinding of 3-phase water booster pumps/motors of rating 3 HP to 5 HP, 415 volts including dismantling and Re-erection the motor at site including all material like fledge/ gaskets, nut & bolts etc any one of make Crompton Greaves/ Kirlosker with buy back of old material like Copper wire etc.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade upto 35 sq. mm. direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective convering and refilling the trench etc. as required.
