SPECIAL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE LT UG CABLE AT TANGTSE UNDER GE 860 EWS

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trench all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area.

Laying only old reinforced PCC cable cover of any size as retrieved from serial item No- 04 above, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover LV class type - I with size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 10cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as directed and sand cover to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Punned down thickness of sand shall be measured.

S&F of galvanized iron pipe of 50 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to and including earth strip 32 x 6 mm with GI protection pipe 15mm dia, light grade connected upto DB's by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers made out of copper all as shown on plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I upto 7.5m including necessary excavation earthwork, PCC 1:3:6 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 cover 50mm thick with 8mm TMT bars @ 140mm centre to centre, watering pipe medium grade 20mm bore, funnel, wire mesh, etc. and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning Factory made outdoor LT feeder piller box, duly epoxy powder coated internally and externally, double door type of suitable size, pedestal mounted, CPRI approved totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, Front and rear openable type made of 3.15 mm (outer sheet) and 2 mm thick inner sheet thick CRCA sheet and having proper locking arrangement and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising of three phase coppere bus bar of current carrying capacity 400 Amps mounted on angle iron legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm x 80 cm long embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), including excavation / preparation of ground complete connecting UG cable with cable glands of suitable size including taking out old panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning Factory made outdoor LT feeder piller box, double door type of suitable size, padestal mounted, CPRI approved totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, Front and rear openable type made of 3.15 mm thick (outer sheet) and 2 mm thick inner sheet CRCA sheet and having proper locking arrangement duly epoxy powder coated both internal and External surfaces and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising of three phase copper busbar of current carrying capacity 400 Amps mounted on angle iron legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm x 80 cm long embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), including excavation / preparation of ground complete connecting UG cable with cable glands of suitable size including taking out old panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning Factory made outdoor LT feeder piller box, double door type of suitable size, padestal mounted, CPRI approved totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, Front and rear openable type made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and having proper locking arrangement duly painted to both internal and External surfaces epoxy powder coated and suitable for 500 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising of three phase aluminium busbar of current carrying capacity 300 Amps and 01 No. 4 Pole 200 Amps MCCB for incoming ond outgoing connection mounted on angle iron legs of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm x 80 cm long embedded in PCC 1:3:6, including excavation / preparation of ground complete connecting UG cable with cable glands of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.
