Material and Labour for taking down old broken / rusted aluminium lightning conductor of any size and supply and fix in replacement Aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for taking down old broken/ rusted copper lightning conductor of any size and supply and fix in replacement copper strip 20 x 3 mm with saddles screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for taking down old broken/ rusted copper Strip of any size and supply and fix in replacement new Copper Strip of size 32 x 6 mm laid in trench/ wall/ floor etc for connecting to earthing grid system by welding/ nut bolts including necessary earth work such as excavation, returning filling and removal to desired depth all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for taking down old broken/ rusted GI Strip of any size and supply and fix in replacement new GI Strip of size 32 x 6 mm laid in trench/ wall/ floor etc for connecting to earthing grid system by welding/ nut bolts including necessary earth work such as excavation, returning filling and removal to desired depth all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for taking down old air termination of any size and supply and fix in replacement air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down old broken ceramic/plastic insulator of any size and supply and fix in replacement ceramic insulator along with nut and bolts for fixing copper/ aluminium strip of size 20 x 3 mm on wall/ roof/ floor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down old broken ceramic/plastic insulator of any size and supply and fix in replacement PVC insulator along with nut and bolts for fixing copper/ aluminium strip of size 20 x 3 mm on wall/ roof/ floor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down old broken aluminium strip along with insulators and straighting carefully without braking and refixing same with insulator and nut/bolts after jointing broken portion by nut and bolts all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down old broken copper strip of any size along with insulators and straighting carefully without braking and refixing same with insulator and nut/bolts after jointing broken portion by nut and bolts all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for dismantling old earthing of any type. Supply, installation, testing of advanced maintenance free environment friendly CPRI approved earthing 10 feet long 17 mm dia earth electrode made high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecular bonded copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonded thickness 250 micron) with terminal to connect incoming strips with 02 bags (25 Kg each) of environment friendly backfill compound with ROHS test certificate for each. The remaining space will be filled with soil and top of earth pit covered with high density polymer.Earth pit chamber cover of dimension (300 mm x 300 mm x 214 mm) with locking seal as to achieve the desired ohmic value complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Payment will be released only after the resistance value achieved less than 1 ohm. If value of resistance found more than 1 ohm contractor will do the fresh earthing without any extra cost. Supply and Fix in replacement FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) Earth pit chamber cover of desired dimension as per site requirement for chemical earthing with locking seal all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- JMV/ENOV/TIRUPATI/POWERTRAC/OBO

M &L for repair of PCC Earthing connecting chamber of outer dimension not more than 0.9 x 0.9 x 0.5 meter and internal size 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.5 meter having MS angle iron frame 30 x 30 mm including replacement of old pit cover with new MS heavy duty pit cover with suitable locking arrangement and MS angle iron frame with painting of entire chamber alongwith pit cover all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
