Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipe of 100mm bore, jointed in CM and taking out from trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipe of 75mm bore, jointed in CM and taking out from trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down steel window / ventilator of any description and of any type with or without guard bars and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and refixing the shutter in same opening of any description exc 1 sqm but not exc 2 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and other similar works complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per above item No. 18 but except bricks

M&L for use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping), rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 125x65 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).including dismantling existing wooden/Iron /stone chowkhats complete and making good existing disturbed surface with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. S&F as in repair stainless steel peg set with 06 No of hooks mounted on SS plate 4mm thick fixed with Cp brass screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium frames powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc and as per the speicification the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fastners including making arrangement to fix guard bars and PVC sleeves for guard bars. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium window / ventilators shutters( glazed and gauzed) powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) side hung type, without sash bars having aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, rubber neoprene packing including anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stay 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B21 100mm size (2 Nos), suitable handle (1No) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 +– 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. S& F for 18mm thick Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Roof treatment in as specified below and as directed (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brushes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/ plaster etc complete. (b) Applying one coat of elastomeric PU based liquid membrane diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (c) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net / 150 sqm Geotextile mesh, upto 300mm on walls. (d) Applying two coats of undilited PU based liquid membrane having Elongation more than 400%, Tensile strength more than 2N/mm2 and alkali & antifungal resistant maintaining thickness of 1.5mm with paint brush/ roller upto 300mm on walls. (e) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment. Make :M/s Pidilite India/Fosroc/Berger or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

M&L for pre cast RCC Jali 25mm thick (measured solid) in PCC 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate set and jointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed By Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for providing precast ce- ment concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin 12.blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), withplain fair faces,including chamfers, weatherings,throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite slab of approved shade and colour as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and the like etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item

M&L for 8-9mm thick vitrified tiles , double charged( as approved) of size 595mm x 1195mm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with 3mm epoxy resin grout to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Johnson/Kajaria/Somany or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Johnson/Kajaria/Somany or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 120 Amps, thermal magnetic release having, breaking capacity 16 KA, 415 Volt in the existing feeder pillar box including any addition / alteration to the panel to accommodate the new MCCB & making connections with 25x3 mm copper strip as required from main bus bars, making necessary welding work, metal work for fixing base plate etc and connections complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement Sub main wiring complete with 2 single core 6 Sqmm (Nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable FRLSH drawn in and including heavy duty PVC conduit ISI marked not less than 25mm dia concealed including single core multistranded copper conductor 6 Sqmm size cable as earth continuous wire drawn in same conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge Note : Two runs of 6 Sqmm single core cable and one run of 6 sqmm copper wire earth continuty conductor and conduit with fittings shall be measured as one length.Make :Havells /Finolex/L&T or equivalent in Techno commercial makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after

S&F as in repair street light bracket made out of 32mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.20m long , bent to shape at 120 degree angle from vertical fixed along pole with and dirlling holes including required number of clamp made out of Flat iron 25mm x 6mm with nuts, bolts ,washers etc. duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint including any addition / alteration (if required) for fixing street light complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F HDPE DWC pipe inner dia 50mm and outer dia 63mm for laying in cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed

S&F as in repair Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches / under road / drains, fixed to poles / walls with required numbers of clamps made out of 25x3mm flat iron, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items of BOQ (ii) Cost of flat iron clamp if required is included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
