Engaging labour for cleaning premises of PHC Building / Nallah / Drain as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5mtr in width as well as 10sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, lift upto 1.5mtr, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate) 40mm nominal size crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 grade (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and superstructure upto floor V-level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5 in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Applying one coat of water thin able cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr. /10sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone aggregate /Screening/Crusher Dust/Sand for an avg. lead of 20 Kms.

Brick for an average lead of 25 Kms.
