Supply of Tri Scooters to Belagavi City Corporation.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured tested and supplied equipment(s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule Requirements up to at least 21 Nos. (usually not less than 80% of the requirement. However, it will be 40% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 Years (i.e.2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24) and 2 years for Micro and Small Enterprises). The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2023 and be in satisfactory operation for 12 months (specify an appropriate Period) months as on date of tender opening. (Work done certificate should be signed by the employer in charge or an above the rank of an executive engineer or equivalent)

Certificate indicating that the bidder is an authorized dealer of the original equipment manufacturer Names and addresses of at least 3 organizations in Karnataka to whom quoted item(s) of the same manufacturer have been supplied by the bidder during the past 2 years with copies of purchase order.

The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied installed satisfactorily at least similar to the type specified in the Schedule Requirements 08 Nos. in any one of the last 3 years (i.e. from financial year 2021-22 to 2023-24) The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after 2023. (Work done certificate should be signed by the employer in charge or an above the rank of an executive engineer or equivalent)

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be (Usually not less than tender cost in the Tender Document. lt will be 50% of the tender cost with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (last 2 Preceding financial year with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises), ending on the relevant financial year. (in all classes of goods supply works only) (UDIN number is mandatory)

The bidder should submit GST in registration.

The bidder should submit Pan Card.

Technical specification by the vender shall clearly include the model number/version or edition of the quoted item. Upload the corresponding technical datasheet.

Document indicating appropriate ISO certification for quoted items shall be uploaded.
