Assistance to organizing Annual Safety Fortnight at Mungoli OC Mine under Mungoli Sub-Area

Supply of white lime of approved quality.

Assistance to organizing function(s)/ event(s) including cleaning; lime lining; moving/ shifting tables, chairs, pots, sign boards, banners, etc.; loading, unloading, & erection of flags; and other miscellaneous jobs as directed. Note: (i) The contractor is required to carry out the above jobs by deploying suitable workers when directed. (ii) Attendance shall be maintained at the designated place. The worker is required to carry an ID card of some government authority (aadhaar card, voter's card, driver's licence, PAN card, etc.). (iii) The worker must be equipped with adequate safety accessories such as gum boots/ safety shoes (as per requirement), helmets, fluorescent jackets, face masks (if & when required), washable & reusable hand gloves, etc. Moreover, the workers also have to be equipped with raincoats, depending upon weather conditions. All these accessories are to be provided by the contractor.

Letter-writing alongwith painting of background (including borders) with synthetic enamel paint 2 or more coats, to give an even shade. Colours/ shades to be as directed by the department.

Supplying and filling of stone dust at site for backfilling in footing including, watering, ramming as per instruction of engineer incharge or his repersentative.
