Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cementslurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete.50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand)including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigmentsetc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing of imported PVC Panelling / ceilling of approved make and pattern incl. base work of GI Channels with necessary screws and cornice at the edge with wall the carriage complete as per the direction of EIC at site

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size withnecessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, allcomplete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges andnecessary screws shall be paid separately). imported wood

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete andstacking within 50 meters lead : Of area of 3 sqm. and below

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubesetc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position andapplying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding andbolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes

i. Lighting Points :- One Lighting point shall incl. Wiring for lighting points in 1.5Sq mm PVC insulated Copper wire & 2.5Sq mm PVC insulated multi-strand Copper wire for lighting Sub –mains, 6 Amp one way switch , 2mm thick PVC conduit/ Channel with bends , Junction boxes etc, 6Amp S pole MCB,10 Amp DP MCB , 2 way DB for Housing MCB and Hylem Sheet with wooden box recessed in walls with accessories. with LED surface light

ii. Heating points :- One Heating point shall incl. Wiring for heating points in 2.5Sq mm PVC insulated Multi-Strand Copper wire & 4 Sq mm PVC insulated multi-strand Copper wire for heating Sub –mains, 16 Amp switch socked combined , 2mm thick PVC conduit/ Channel with bends , Junction boxes etc, 10Amp S pole MCB, 2 way DB for Housing MCB and Hylem Sheet with wooden box recessed in walls with accessories.

iii. Fan points :-One Fan point shall incl. Wiring for lighting points in 1.5Sq mm PVC insulated Copper wire & 2.5Sq mm PVC insulated multi-strand Copper wire 1200 mm ceiling fan /225 mm exhaust fan with ceiling roses & PVC Square block , 350 Watts electronic fan dimmer , 2mm thick PVC conduit/ Channel with bends , Junction boxes etc, 6Amp S pole MCB,10 Amp DP MCB , 2 way DB for Housing MCB for lighting circuits and Hylem Sheet with wooden box recessed in walls with accessories.
