Construction of 3.50 MLD STP including Jungle Clearing, Site Levelling by Cutting and Filling Survey Design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, hydraulic testing and commissioning of STP (including reuse pump station & Main Pump station MPS) The scope shall include all required detailed engineering design, supply, execution of civil works, erection of equipment, testing, and process commissioning necessary to deliver a fully functional and compliant STP system. This work encompasses all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure components as listed below.
I. Civil and Structural Works for 3.50 MLD STP: Construction of all liquid-retaining Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) structures, including the Primary Treatment Unit (Receiving Screen Chamber, Screen Channel, Homogenization Tank), Equalization Tank, SBR Tank, Sludge Storage Tank, and Treated Water Tank. This is inclusive of all earthwork, formwork, reinforcement, hydrostatic testing, and protective internal linings etc complete item of work as per standard specification &tender. Special Condition of Contract (SCC) Design & Drawing Submitted by the Contractor& Approved by Competent Authority As directed by the Engineer in Charge.
II. Buildings and Support Facilities: Construction of the Admin Building (G+1, approx. 140 Sqm), incorporating the Electrical Panel Room, Generator Room, Blower Room, laboratory, and Office/Admi Room, complete with finishes and internal services. Provision and installation of a Porta Cabin for Security etc complete item of work as per standard specification &tender. Special condition of contract (SCC) Design & Drawing Submitted by the Contractor& Approved by Competent Authority As directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Ill. Electro-Mechanic al (E&M) and Process Systems for 3.50 MLD STP: Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all process equipment manually operated sluice gates, coarse and fine stainless-steel manual screens, motorised screw-type grit removal system, Belt conveyor, complete SBR system with fine bubble diffuser grid, SS304 decanter assembly with actuator, gear motor, VFD, PLC–SCADA automation system, turbo/screw-type air blowers with air distribution valves, NRVs and expansion bellows; Return Activated Sludge (RAS) pumps, Surplus Activated Sludge (SAS) pumps, thickener feed, digester feed and sludge mixing pumps with associated valves, fittings and headers; Combi thickener–centrifuge mechanism, agitator mixers, poly-electrolyte dosing pumps and dosing tank mixers; supernatant and dewatering pumps; mechanical handling systems including chain pulley and EOT cranes; MS and SS fabrication, D.I. specials and fittings; complete LT/HT electrical and instrumentation system comprising transformer yard, panels, cabling, earthing, servo stabilizer, instrumentation and on-line Continuous Effluent monitoring system (OCEMS) ; along with HDPE piping network, elevated transformer platform, and all ancillary mechanical, electrical and control works necessary for complete, safe and functional operation of the STP as per specifications, drawings and standards, all complete in all respects. Special Condition of Contract (SCC) Design & Drawing Submitted by the Contractor& Approved by Competent Authority As directed by the Engineer in Charge.
IV. Cotreatment unit: Construction of cotreatment unit including construction of receiving chamber, screen channel, Homogeneous tank, Pumps valves etc complete item of work as per standard specification &tender. Special condition of contract (SCC) Design & Drawing Submitted by the Contractor& Approved by Competent Authority As directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS:4454 part-1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. a) 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover
Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed windowabove 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multichambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlocks and uPVC extruded Inline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle on one side of extreme panel along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch lock with hook (if required for wire mesh panel), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in Charge. B.Diesel Engine : Kirloskar / Cummins / Mahindra & Mahindra Diesel Engine start, developing suitable 12.5 BHP output at 1500 RPM with mechanical / electronic governing so as to enable the alternator to give 10KVA continuous output at 0.8 P.F. lagging at NTP conditions. The diesel engine shall be capable of providing 10% O/L for 1 Hr for every 11 Hrs of continuous running at full load. The engine with 1st filling of oil and Diesel etc. 01. Exhaust pipe of required size and length with insulation or clading. 02. Diesel tank suitable for 8 to 12 Hours running capacity. 03. Residential Silencer.04.
