Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size FLY ASH bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick walls / concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone agg as in surface channel, finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dresing n.exc 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concreate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides of columns square / rectangular for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to side and soffits of beams etc for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel (wire) annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel (wire) annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) as in footings, foundation beams, plinth beams bases for columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) as in columns, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) as in beams complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia of wire with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured) to angle iron fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm bore salt-glazed stoneware drain pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers, first layer of 10 mm in CM 1:6 and top layer 5 mm in CM 1:4, top layer mixed with WPC @ 200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement used and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separatly.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers, first layer of 10 mm in CM 1:6 and top layer 5 mm in CM 1:4, top layer mixed with WPC @ 200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement used and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separatly.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint of make : weather coat of Berger / apex ultima of Asian paints / Extrapremium of Shalimar, over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : The work under this item shall be carried out by contractor from authorised applicator of manufactrurer by using modern technique. The contractor shall also furnish gaurantee of the quality and finish work under this item for a period of five years from certified date of completion of complete work for which an amount ₹ 20/Sqm of quantity of work done under this item shall be retained in final bill. This amount shall be returned only after completion of gaurantee period.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for high tension wire concertina razor coil of 600mm dia with medium size blade at 35mm spacing, blade width 20mm, spirals 7 per running metre spread at 150mm centre to centre including fixing to mild steel angle with clips all as per manufactureres instructions and including provision of one coat of marine paint over a coat of primer provided by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls embedded in 25mm thick CM 1:3, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Broken glass shall be with a rounded or weathered finish and before the mortar has set, glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63mm gauge, shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 Kg of glass per square metre of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, framed guard bars and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
