Strenghening of various t/wells by carrying out following works :- S/o Double flanged G.I pipe of 50 dia medium class each of 3 mtrs long duly threaded on both ends welded and fitted with G.I flange on both ends having the slot for sub cable. .Make:- Tata/Jindal. DSR 45.1.93

S/o PVC insulated & PVC sheathed flat cable with plain copper conductor having 3 cores 4 sq. mm size for submersible motor. (Each roll of 100 mtrs) Make:- Havells/ Fort Gloster/ Grandlay/ ICL/ CCI/ ICC/Universal. DSR 18.10.2

S/o Hut type electrical feeder pillar/metal board of welded construction of size 1370mm x 760mm x 460mm fabricated with 16 SWG M.S. sheet, having horizontal and vertical intermediate chamber of suitable size on suitable size insulating board to make the Panel Robust, having S.S hinges along with double locking arrangement, having fabricated MS angle iron( 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) frame for mounting of switch gears such as RCCB, MCCB, main switch ampere meter, volt meter and electrical energy meter i/c powder coating painting, Vermin proof.

S/O motor protection unit with programmable time switch up to (7.5 HP to15HP.) Make:- Gain Guard/ Skope/DJB Approved

P/o fully automatic star-delta oil immersed motor starter 400V, 3 phase, 50hz-up to 10 HP. Make –Capital / Bentex / DJB Approved

S/o RCCB, 40 A, 4 pole , having residual current 300 mA Make: Schneider/Havells/DJB approved

S/o MCCB 32 Amp, 4 Pole, Breaking capacity at 415 V: 25-30 kA, Make: Havells/L&T/DJB approved

Providing & fixing of indicating lamps RYB along with complete wiring of above electrical accessories and with suitable size copper conductor wire and suitable size ferule/socket of required size insulating board i/c replacement of old and damaged components with above mentioned materials , job i/c testing & commissioning of complete panel board as per site requirement.

S/o tail piece of the medium class G.I. pipe 500 mm long with one end threaded as per outlet of pump & another end flanged as per size of G.I. pipe 50mm dia. Make of pipe: TATA/Jindal

S/o M.S. clamp of 600mm length duly fabricated from 12.5mm thick 75mm wide M.S. plate for holding the pipe of 50mm dia.

Supply of bore cover approx size 1’x1’ made out from 6mm thick M.S. sheet in 2 halves & a circular hole in centre 2-1/2” dia with locking arrangement by Nuts & bolt

S/o G.I.90 x 50mm dia. bend having flange at both ends (Heavy duty)

S/o MS nut bolts off size as per requirement

S/o rubber packing 50mm dia flange

Lifting & lowering of sub pump set from bore by taking out double flanged GI pipes, Submersible pump set, cable, cutting of rusted nuts and bolts etc and replacement of damaged D/F GI Pipes, cables, defective pump set etc as per site requirement by using above components, jointing of cables from sub p/set along with the holding of cable with pipes and jointing of D/F pipes etc with nut & bolts and rubber packing etc . The work including hiring of all T &P, tripod, chain pulley block and other material handling equipments etc.DSR 27.2
