Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including all Costs and Carriages of all materials.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) for repairing of parapet after removal of 10 nos Trees from wall/ terrace.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 meters lead of area of 3 sqm. and below.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauge shutters using galvanized wire gauze with average width of aperture 1.4mm in both direction with wire of dia 0.63mmfor doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, as per direction of engineer in charge .

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.Second class Kail wood (as per direction of engineer in charge ).

Providing and fixing panelled shutters for doors, windows, clerestory windows, including hinges and necessary screws including panelling which will be paid for seperately, all complete with 2nd class Kail wood(as per direction of engineer in charge ).

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary : Float glass panes of thickness 5.0 mm (weight not less than 10.00 kg/sqm)

Providing / fixing powder coated aluminum (Min. 16 Gauge) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z- sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS :733 and IS :1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C. P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in charge (including glazing and paneling)for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required including all fittings complete.

Providing and fixing Aluminum tower bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing Aluminum hanging floor door stopper ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete twin rubber stopper

Providing and fixing Aluminum handles ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete

Applying priming coat of approved brand and manufacture on wood work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning anyGI fittings or ball cock is 14.0 (Repairs to Building) 202 CODE NO. DESCRIPTION UNIT RATE ₹ damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Providing and laying (1:2:4) Cement concrete flooring with floating coat of neat cement slurry . 50 mm thick incl cost of material and carriage complete.

Labour engaged for Various minor works of Emergent nature required at site like Removal of Un-Hygienic Mulba from Back Side ,Un-Servicable Material From Terrace, Store ,repairing of Aluminium work, Repairing of other allied Works
