Dismantling the existing Brick / Stone masonry in cement mortar walls including removing the debris from the site and stacking useful material at work site for reuse etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earthwork excavation in all soils and subsoils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift as initial lead of 10.0 m and lift 0f 2.00 m including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15cm. thick watering ramming depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Random rubble masonry in CM 1:5 [one cement and five M-sand] for foundation and basement using best new rough and bond stones including simultaneous pointing above ground level with the same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RCC Column Footing, Plinth Beam, & Sill Beam etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 [one cement, one and half M-Sand and three course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement, including curing, fixing fan clamp and fixtures if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9"x4½"x3" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Wring With 2 x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated sc unsheathed Cu Conductor of 1100V Grade in Suitable PVC Rigid Pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with pvc accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box And 5A F.T switch with continous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable color of PVC concealed light point / Fan Point (For Electronic regulator ). SD 23.

Supply and fixing of 5A 3 pin and 2 pin combined flush type wall socket with 5A flush type switch on suitable TW box SD-137.

Supply and fixing of 20W 4 Feet LED Fitting with LED. (Sor Pg.No-168,15(M-1273))

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm (18") SD-106

Supplying and filling Well gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 20mm thick Cement based Hydraulically Pressed Anti-Skid (EUROCAN) tiles (Pattern design) in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick and pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification.
