SH: I To carryout Day to day maintenance of Window AC, Split AC of various type, capacity and make, 1 Ph/3 Ph including all accessories of AC units, installed at different locations at VSI Airport and its ancillary buildings, different NAV-AID installations by providing sufficient manpower & attending complaints / faults / breakdown, rectification and ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the units round the clock on all days including Sundays and Holidays and maintaining all records as per PMI schedule as per the special conditions of contract throughout the year as per the instruction of the Engineer - in - charge or his authorized representative and as per the requirement of works at various installations inside/outside the operational area of Airport. Annual maintainance of 1.5 TR, Single phase, Split type Air Conditioning units including replacement of all defective Spare parts like capacitors, Relays, Contactors, Timer Switch, Refrigerant, Replacement of PCB, Condenser & Cooling Coil, Replacement of Compressors, Rewinding of Motor, Gas charging, Rectification of System Leakage and Rectification of any kind of Breakdown of above AC Units Complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 3.5/ 4.5 TR Tower AC i/c providing and fixing of refrigerent Copper pipe with Nitrile Rubber insulation, 4 x 4.0 sq.mm. copper conductor cable, superlon insulation, PVC water drain pipe, (additional quantity upto 5.0 mtr. length), dehydration, leak testing, pressure testing and gas charging etc. complete as required.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of the RO + UV based different capacity 12 Ltr. / 20 Ltr. Storage Water cooler cum Purifier for all makes and Iron Remover, available at different locations to ensure the serviceability of the unit round the clock on all days including Sundays and Holidays alongwith providing all necessary consumables and spares complete as required as per special conditions and as directed by Engineer in-Charge.

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of the RO + UV based 150 Ltr. Storage Water cooler cum Purifier for all makes and Iron Remover, available at different locations to ensure the serviceability of the unit round the clock on all days including Sundays and Holidays alongwith providing all necessary consumables and spares complete as required as per special conditions and as directed by Engineer in-Charge.

Execution of items of CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) (E&M), 2022, as and when required for attending breakdown repairs & maintenance and upkeep of installation/HVAC work under Chapter - 16 and as per direction of Engineer In Charge, confirming to CPWD general Specifications for Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) 2024 and also confirming to relevent BIS specification. [The execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2022 of estimated amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- Items mentioned in DSR including Appendix-I & II as when required basis at different locations under VSI Airport, Sri Vijaya Puram as required. [Quoting Rs. 90,000/- in the Rate stands for 10% below the Estimated amount of Rs 1,00,000.00, Similarly Quoting Rs.1,10,000/- in the Rate stands for 10% above the Estimated amount of Rs. 1,00,000.00] (Note: Payment of DSR rate will be made after deduction of GST considered in the Rate of DSR (E&M)-2022)]
