Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of drain pipes, or for manhole, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Removing excavated material nexc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point

Demolition of cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150 mm dia (Salt glazed ware ,AC or Reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar including bedding haunching complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L in replacement of 150mm bore pipe reinforced concrete, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L in replacement of 150mm bore Salt-glazed stoneware (SGSW) drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for 150 mm dia bore drain pipe for bed concrete including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement mortar including coping etc all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete solid blocks ( 1:3:6 ) type C-I (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width as in block masonry built in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified.

M&L for square rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any discription on any surfaces, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone / concrete block masonry surfaces other than fair faces of concrete / brick is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, benching of manholes etc, and including necessary formwork and including demolition of existing PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

M & L pre-cast RCC 1 : 2 : 4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs for man holes etc, set in CM I : 6 and including demolition of old slabs complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded aggregates as in copings including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work and finishing the top surface of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls for manholes, septic tanks etc, and set in cement mortar 1:4 and including demolition of old slabs complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

S&F Providing FRC manhole covers with rectangular frame of size 44"x26" M-10 fixed at site up to satisfactoin of Engr-in-Charge and including dismentling of old manhole cover slab complete all as specified.

S&F Providing FRC manhole covers with rectangular frame of size 22"x28" M-10 fixed at site up to satisfactoin of Engr-in-Charge and including dismentling of old manhole cover slab complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5 cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in lime mortar 1:3 or cement motar 1:6 complete)

M&L for removal of blockage in between WC and nahani trap/WC to Ist manhole / floor trap to nahani trap etc. by flexible roding and removal the all dirt up to a distance of 100 m all as directed.Note : (i) In case a blockage reoccured with in 7 days the same shall be removed without any extra cost of the Govt. (ii) Cleaning of line in between manhole where in the blockage remove shall deemed to incl the rate coated. (iii) If contractor failed to clear the blockage with in 24 hours from the receipt of complaint, a penalty of Rs 50 per day will charge up to 7 days and after 7 days same will be Rs 100.00 till completion of complaint.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank /soak well of 100 users capacity by balling out taking out sludge and removing the sludge to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 2.00 Km from the camp area and including removing stone patti/RCC cover slab and refixing, complete all as directed.

All as per item No.24 above but 50 users.

Cleaning and desilting of manholes of any size,depth not exc 1.00 mtr by excavating sewage wet/dry soil/tree roots in foul condition and removing the waste in covered vehicles outside MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from manhole, placing the cover of manhole in position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desilting of manholes of any size,depth exc 1.00 mtr but not exc 2.00 mtr by excavating sewage wet/dry soil/tree roots in foul condition and removing the waste in covered vehicles outside MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from manhole, placing the cover of manhole in position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desilting of septic tank/soakage well of any size & depth by complete removing of sewage wet/dry soil/stone boulders/tree roots by manually or mechanically including removing the cover slab, the waste shall be removed in covered vehicles outside MD land by taking all necessary precautions and including pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from septic tank/soakage well, placing the cover in same position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line of 100/150/200 mm bore by roding and flush water in line after roding to clean the line complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The contractor shall arrange safaiwala immediately as receipt of complaint and ensure that complaint is resolved within 24 hours and no lapses will be allowed. Note: (i) In case a blockage reoccured with in 07 days ,the same shall be removed without any extra cost to the Govt.(ii) cleaning of line in between manholes where in the blockage remove shall deemed to incl the rate coated.

S&F repairs Vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) with any type of 'P' or 'S' trap excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe, including fixing of water closet complete with plastic water closet seat black/white closed pattern witrh flat bottomand cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device. complete all as specified and as directed.
