Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil(vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50 M including all lifts,levelling,ramming the foundation trenches,removing roots of trees,shurbs all complete as per approved design,building specification and direction of E/I .

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials,labour,royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

Providing designation 75 A one brick edge soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cenetering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 Cement :4 Coarse Sand (zone - III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation & Plinth

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement all work up to plinth level. 1:1.5:3(1 cement:1.5 coarse sand (zone III):3 gradeed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for walls ( any thickness ) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing tor steel reinforcement of 10mm,12mm & 16mm dia. Bars as per approved design and drawing excluding carriage of bars to work site, cutting, bending, and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. @ 3 kg/cft ( double jali)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Cement concrete pavement ( Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed , plain cement concrete pavement, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement @400 kg per cum , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per appproved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days S.O.R. Item No. 6.2
