Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated Double Skinned direct expansion (DX) coil Air handling unit Ceiling / floor mounted (Horizontal / Vertical to suit site) as per EUROVENT standard EN1886 fabricated out of extruded aluminium section with 0.6mm pre-plasticized / pre-coated Galvanised steel sheet outside & 0.6mm plain Galvanised steel sheet inside with blower, blower section and blower motor TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts ± 10%, 50 Hz ± 5% AC supply, 6 Row cooling coil made of Aluminium finned Copper tube with coil section, pre-filter section with non woven synthetic media of 10micron particle size with an efficiency of 90% (MERV 7), polished stainless steel drain pan made out of 18 G sheet duly insulated complete with motor, belt drive etc. without face and bypass dampers. The AHU panels shall be insulated with 23mm thick & 48 Kg/m³ density PU foam & shall have thermal break. The motor & blower assembly shall be mounted on Aluminium extruded section only. The complete AHU shall conform to standard specification. The face velocity across cooling coil shall be limited to 500 FPM maximum. All AHUs shall be connected with DOL type starter panel having cable termination, Volt and Ammeter with required rated MCB for tirpping, earthing connection with the body of the panel. 1. All Items shall be quoted in the given format. 2. Client reserves the right to take any item as client supplied 3. Client reserves the right to add or delete any item from the tender during or after the finalization of the tender. 4. Boq items shall be read with the technical specifications 5. In case of discrepancy in Boq and technical specifications the stringent shall be followed. 6. Control cable from outdoor unit to indoor unit (condenser to evaporator) with necessary insulating tape etc. 7. It is advice to visit the site before quoting the boq 8. MS Powder coated bracket with fasteners to be fixed on walls / slab with all necessary fixing accessories 9. The Items in the Boq may or may not be operated as per site conditions. 10. Any deviation with respect to boq shall be informed and mentioned while quoting OR during prebid meeting 11. Insulation shall be done properly with vapour barrier and to provide mechanical protection against abrasion. 12. Indoor unit shall be considered with required structural support to hang in ceiling or floor / loft with anchor fasteners, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, inlet outlet connections 13. Treated fresh air unit shall be considered with MERV 13 pre filter 14. Copper piping shall be considered with T and Y joints with insulation. 15. All AHUs except VRF ductable unit shall be DX type unless otherwise mentioned. 16. Any item missed in the tender for competing the installation, testing, commissioning of the complete HVAC system all also to be included.
