PROVN OF BIO DIGESTER WITH REED BED SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT FOR AASHIANA AND ADC AT AHRR UNDER GE (E/M) R AND R HOSPITAL, DELHI CANTT-10

Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Bio Digester sewage treatment plant based on DRDO technology for sewage flow of 21500 litre/day including following civil works for treatment plant complete all as specified and directed:- CIVIL WORKS (i) Fine Bar screen chamber of approximate size 0.95m x 0.95 m x 1.5 m in RCC M-30 , Bar screen (approx. 0.95 x 1.5 m) of nominal dia 5mm Stainless Steel 304 grade jali to be placed at the inlet of digester tank to match the inlet channel, average width of aperture 50 mm screen - 02 Nos. (ii) Bio Digester tank in RCC M-30 construction having effective volume of 65000 litre of approximate size 8.0 m x 7.0 m x 1.5 m including Anaerobic microbial inoculum bacteria approx. 23000 litres developed by DRDO along with PVC bacteria mat/scrubbers with hanging arrangement inside the tank as per the latest guidelines of DRDO -01 No. (iii) Reed Bed tank in RCC M-30 construction having effective volume of 20000 litre of approx. size 8.0 m x 7.0 m x 0.50 m along with bed of graded gravels as per design and including African Cana reed bed plants.- 1No. (iv) Collection tank of HDPE of capacity 5000 ltr each including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 150 mm thick platform of suitable size- 4 Nos. (v) Int & Ext 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 incl WPC as per manufacturer instructions.

CIVIL WORKS contd../- (vi) Excavation & Earth work, 150 mm PVC pipes along with fittings etc. and any other component required for construction & efficient functioning of bio digester. (vii) PVC 110 mm PVC (SWR) vent Pipe 3 m long with PVC cowl. Notes for Srl item No. 1.00 : - 1 . Design data and parameter & size of various components of above works are tentative only. Contractor shall submit design, drawings and concept of DRDO technology vetted by DRDO and structural drawing of complete treatment plant to GE for approval within 30 days from date of commencement of work. 2. Average SBC of area is 12 T/Sqm 3. Contractor shall submit detailed estimates based over Design/ Drgs duly priced over SSR 2020 and Yard stick for payment in respect of segregation chamber, Bio digester & Reed bed in triplicate to GE for approval within 30 days from date of commencement of work. 4. Testing for leakage / seepage by ponding test shall be carried out before completion of work. 5. Contractor shall submit flow chart of treatment for display over PVC sheet fixed over display Board (3x2) feet, Completion Drgs - 03 sets along with soft copy on CD in Auto Cad and test report of STP treated water from 2 different NABL accredited labs/ National test house before completion of work. 6. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for all above provisions.

Supply and fix DRDO approved Bio digester tank of capacity 12000 Ltr of approximate size 4.0 m x 2.1 m x 1.5 m for sewage flow of 4000 litre/day made up of FRP Material of wall thickness 10 mm and partition wall thickness 8 mm with MS angle 25x25x5 mm frame as per the latest guidelines of DRDO & interconnection with PVC pipe 6Kg/cm² rating 150 mm dia complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of REED BED of capacity 4000 litres of approximte size 4.0 m x 2.1 m x 0.5 m made up of FRP of wall thickness 8 mm and partition wall thickness 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, piers holes etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m but not exc 3.0m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, piers holes etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan depth exc 1.5m but not exc 3.0m and getting out as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under, and haunching against the side of pipes for 200 mm bore pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Reinforced concrete pipe, class NP-2 200 mm bore of pipe laid and jointed complete with collars including taking up old pipe complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n, exc 25 cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exec 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 100 mm thick 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub- class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC , 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, band, plinth coarse, plinth band etc. including use and waste of formwork and finishing the surface smooth with slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as ordered complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick 1:3 CM on brickwork or concrete surface with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

S&F Factory made precast RCC M-30 heavy duty drain/manhole covers including MS Frame and including reinforcement as per IS 12592:2002 with specified thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base under floors, surface finished even and fair to receive top finish, complete all as specified and directed.
