Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. (B) 33KV control & relay panel indoor type for above 36 KV Vaccum Circuit Breaker. The panel shall be with back access double door arrangement, dust and vermin proof , IP -54 class protection and made 2mm , CRCA MS sheet powder coated finsh over one coat of red oxide primer both side operating type, including internal wiring using 1.1kV FRLS insulated multistrand cable (2.5sqmm for CT/PT and control circuit, numbered and colour coded as per IS-5578/1984 having suitable entry for cable consisting of the following:- (a) Main Numerical Protection Relay with LCD displaying mimic bay for ON/OFF control and monitoring of feeder current. Built in disturbance recorder and event logger to monitor the Sequence of Events (SoE) using upto 1000 event codes. The relay shall be communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform, using RJ-45/USB/OF port and capable of Binary Signal Transfer between local and remote relay over Fiber Optic. (i) Line Differential with high set and low set (stabilized) with second harmonic restraint to bypass transformer inrush. The scheme will be implemented using Single Mode Fibre optic protection communication link between local and remote relay.suitable single mode Fibre optic port shall be part of the relay including connected items like LIU and patch cord etc. (ii) Over current and earth fault protection with minimum pickup at low set of 5% and 1% respctively. M&L for Bore earthing 150 mm dia burried by vertical boring machine, depth 80 mtr below ground level using earth electrode 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled hole of 12mm dia, 115mm C/C on both side of the pipe including lowering in bore well upto the depth of 79 mtr and one mtr above the ground level. The pipe electrode should be filled around commericial salt charcoal dust, copper suphate and magnesium phosphate of 30 cm layer each upto the full length of pipe. The borewell should have 12 mtr of length 150mm dia MS pipe for protection of borewell. Welding of GI Strip 50mmx6mm on earth electrode GI Pipe 50mm dia upto 10mtr below ground level and 15 mtr from the bore well to test point gun metal and PCC foundation surrounding the borewell 60cmx60cmx30cm all as complete and specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI strip more than 25mtr will be measured and paid separately. Note :- Cost of gun metal test point deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
S&F of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint on 33 KV yard structure all as complete and specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as complete and specified as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
