Polyurethane Cementitious flooring (ESD) Supplying and applying ESD Ployurethane Flooring System as per the following Specification : (a) Surface preparation Preparing the existing Broom finished surface of floor by using proper Grinder / scarification eqpt, anchorage grooves should be cut and fill as per manufacturer instruction and cleaning by wire brushing & blower etc, to remove all dirt, dust, oil etc to expose clean sound base concrete. Cost shall include for anchorage grooves cutting and filling and any imperfections in the concrete shall be treated with suitable repair system as per manufacturer specification. (Treatment of construction and expansion joints including filling as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer In Charge, which shall be paid separately.) (b) Primer coat Supply and application of moisture insensitive solvent free epoxy bonding primer over the prepared surface (Floor/coving) in a thin continuous film and work the Primer into the surface using a stiff brush or roller. Apply second priming coat on identified light coloured dry patches over first coat. (c) Base coat/ Scratch coat Supply and application of 1mm thick base layer with cementitious Polyurethane of self smoothing self levelling spread evenly to maintain the thickness using a serrated trowel followed by spike roller, rolled over the levelled underlay to remove any entrapped air all as per manufacturer instructions and as specified.(d) Anti static grid Supply and fix copper earth strip of size 20mm wide and 0.20 mm thick, fixed over the floor area along the perimeter and internally with a grid size of min 3m x 3m and max 5m between strips. The surface shall be treated with aqueous anti static epoxy system, conductive under coat spread 4 sqm/litre or as specified and as manufacturer's instructions. The conductivity of the under coat shall be 2x103ohms - 4x103ohms. The entire system to be connected to earth pit in testing. (e) Polyurethane Cementitious Coating (ESD) Providing 4mm thick Polyurethane Cementitious ESD flooring over scratch coat and shall have smooth matt finish of Blue/light Blue/Emerold green Colour, having 28 days compressive strength as per ASTM C 109 43MPa, Flexural strength will be 20 MPa as per BS 6319-3, Bond strength will be 1.5 Mpa as per ASTM D 4541, Tensile strength will be 6MPa as per BS 6319-7, having surface of earth resistance < 1 x 106 Ohms. The fire resistivity of the material has to be of class 2 as per BS 476-7.Make: FOSROC/SIKA/STP/PIDILITE/Stanrose. Note: Execution of work will be done by the authorised applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for 100mm width Gangway yellow/red line marking in Factory Floors, Fixing of masking tapes on both sides of the line and cleaning the surface using solvents, Mixing the two components high build coating in two Coats of 0.50mm (min) thickness each and removing the masking tap followed by neat finish as directed. M&L for 50mm to 75mm width Gangway yellow/black line marking in Factory Floors, Fixing of masking tapes on both sides of the line and cleaning the surface using solvents, Mixing the two components high build coating in two Coats of 0.50mm (min) thickness each and removing the masking tap followed by neat finish as directed. M&L for 120-130 micron thick Epoxy letter marking line, Surface preparation, Letter /Number marking use solvent free epoxy coating using multiple colours. Note: Size of the letter / Numbers=750mm height x 600mm width as directed. Make: FOSROC/SIKA/STP/PIDILITE/Stanrose

M&L for removal of filling in the Construction / Expansion joints by chipping manually using hammer & chisel and to make straight edge with saw cutting machine and smooth edge including removal of the debris / rubbish etc. and cleaning concrete using air blowers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for nosing the damaged edges of the Construction / Expansion joints using Epoxy mortar and make the joints straight and smooth. Filling of the joints using flexible Elastomeric sealant of Polysulphide / Polyurethene make including fixing of backer rod with straight edge finish complete all as specified and as directed Groove Size 25mm width X 12mm depth. Make: FOSROC/SIKA/STP/PIDILITE/Stanrose

M&L for nosing the damaged edges of the Construction / Expansion joints using Epoxy mortar and make the joints straight and smooth. Filling of the joints using flexible Elastomeric sealant of Polysulphide / Polyurethene make including fixing of backer rod with straight edge finish complete all as specified and as directed Groove Size 10mm width X 5mm depth. Make: FOSROC/SIKA/STP/PIDILITE

Supply & application of two component Epoxy coating of yellow/black line marking in Factory walls by Nitoflor FC150 or equivalent, Fixing of masking tapes on both sides of the line and cleaning the surface using solvents, Mixing the two components high build coating in two Coats 0.50mm (Min) and removing the masking tape followed by neat finish as directed. Make : FOSROC/SIKA/STP/PIDILITE//Stanrose

M&L for Coving works on Expansion joints/Side walls: Removing loose particles deposit in the coving area, roughening the tile surface using diamond tipped grinding wheel. Fixing of tape on top and bottom, mixing and application of epoxy primer when the primer is tacky provide coving with epoxy screed and finishing smooth to the required profile application in total 03 coats (One bottom coat of epoxy putty to achieve dry film thickness of 90 microns and two top coats solvent based, epoxy resin floor coating to achieve dry film thickness of 200-300 microns) to achieve smooth finish, coving size 50mmx50 mm. complete all as specified.

M&L for Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 32x6mm complete all as specified and directed including all as below: (a) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode. (b) P.C.C. pit and C.I. cover. (c) Funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and copper lugs etc. as specified. (d) G.I. protection pipe of size ordered specified for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (e) Test point and extra length of main earthing lead beyond 7.5 metres. (f) Connecting lead from test point to main switch or switch board or equipment to be earthed

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required copper strip 32 x 6mm
