Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer(pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers in sub bases/ base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN (eighty to hundred) weight to achive the desired denisity including lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion etcetra as per table 400.11 &400.12 and technical specification clause 406 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying evenly priming coat with low porosity bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per technical specification clasue 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm (Zero point two zero to zero point two five kilogram per square metre) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty millimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler specified material VG-30 ( Viscosity Grade-thirty ) at the rate 5.4 (five point four ) per cent minimum of mix prepared with filler as per approved job mix formula, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malakana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Terms and Conditions:- The work will be strictly executed as per HPPWD specifications, The contractor will precure cement at their own level from Civil Supply Depott. After the approval of permit from the competent authority and other material from market as per Department specification issued by the Addition Chief Secretary PW to the Govt. of HP vide No. PBW (B) C (17) 2/2012 dated 07 August 2018 and all other condition are liable & carriage will be born by the contractor., The bills of all materials precured by the concractor M-form of mining materials used for excution of work must be submitted to the authority concerned alongwith concractor bill., All the relevant tests are to be got conducted by the contractor at their own cost from the approved Govt. Laboratory and the tests report are to be submitted to Engineer-In-Charge., The mixing of material shall be done with hot mix plant and job mix formula shall got approved from the Engineer-in-Charge before the start of the work. and The laying of BC shall be done with the paver finisher.
